Excellent! Exploring the Low website, I found it heartening to discover so many producers across the world producing such high quality wines in an environmentally ethical way. And here is the company that brings it all to us, together with impressive customer care. I recently uncorked a Soula IX, a gift from my children, and the quality just poured into the glass. Highly recommended!

Fantastic wine from a fab company. Great people to use when gifting wines or buying to enjoy yourself. Great customer service and the support offered goes above and beyond expectation when help is required.

Firstly, the companies ethos is an ethical one. The wines they sell are all organic, with grapes grown as nature intended, which means you're not buying a wine that's been ruined due to chemicals. This also means they're better for our planet. They're really reasonably priced too for an organic wine company. They do a seriously reasonable subscription service too.

Secondly, their customer service is the absolute best I've actually come across, with my issue resolved in less than 12 hours. I purchased wine in September 2020, as a gift for my dad. Due to various reasons, which don't matter, he only got round to opening it this week. Something was up with it. Possibly it had corked. It wasn't drinkable, and had it been, even in the slightest, the guy who smiled and drank cold tea, made with mostly milk, and mostly sugar, when we proudly handed it to him as kids, he would have drank it. I emailed them. I assumed they must get it a lot. In a very prompt reply, it was explained that their policy isn't to refund after a limited period. This is because anything could happen to the wine once it arrives with the customer. They could open it, then store it in direct sunlight for weeks, then freeze it. This scenario, which I've completely fabricated is unlikely, but people do silly things. Which is actually completely fair enough, if you think about it. He told me that as a compromise, he will replace it. This isn't a compromise, it's not a negotiation where I'm in a position to get anything. Ive complained almost two years later. So it wasn't that. Not only that, he clearly put some thought into what my dad would like, based on what we've ordered before. Plus the entire interaction was just incredibly friendly.

So, all in all, this company is wonderful. Buy from them.

This is probably my fourth case order and I'm savouring each bottle. Always varied in the choice and selection and never boring.

I love shopping at Low Intervention, it’s so cool and they have managed to make me (a true novice) feel welcome in a wine-nvironment. I’m always confident that whatever I pick I’ll be trying something out of the ordinary. Plus the customer service is wonderful, I had a great experience with Michael S last weekend and he was an absolute gem to deal with.

My monthly subscription provides excellent value with wines I’d sometimes not consider buying which leads to lots of new discoveries. The accompanying email info is excellent and communication to change delivery has always been great.

Instead of emailing notes/intro to the bottles of wine for the month, why not include it in the box itself? Feels like it's missing just that extra detail that would make the experience of receiving them even more enjoyable!! :) Great otherwise
