Amazing service and natural wine selection.

Really good mixed boxes of natural wine. V excited each month to receive delivery and try out new, interesting and different wines. Some really special bottles each month making it great value. Delivery and communication excellent too. Highly recommend if you want to explore natural wines.

Have not yet tried the wine but am sure it is great. What I dislike is the fact that I cannot log in as once I show that I’m not a robot, the screen goes nowhere. I have emailed LOW but no reply which is disappointing.

Great service & incredible wines, hampered only by the speed at which we drink them.

I have been a 6-bottle per month subscriber for over a year and have been consistently pleased with the quality and variety of natural wines that come through every month. Summer generally has more white and rose, as expected, but I've also had fun discovering orange wines, and even a sparkling red!

My subscription to LOW has not only brought me untold joy, but it has also taken me on a journey – I have learned so much from Jon's selections and not to forget his brilliant emails. A fantastic company – full of soul and exemplary taste in wine

beautiful brand, lovely idea and in every way a service i wanted to love.
but for me, it just didnt come together - the wine didnt show up on time (though I paid for the expedited service), the response from the customer service people was lacking and in the end it was just a sort of mediocre experience. The wine was good though. If the service survives a few more years and gets enough money together to operate at a level that feels as premium as the wine -- and the price tags -- I might be back. In the meantime, I will have to suffer the cruel experience of going to wine shop and looking at all the beautiful bottles and buying the ones i want at an actual register. the horror.

Excellent service, fast and efficient with very good communication! Wonderful procucts! Wine is not cheap, but SO much better than wine with sulphates etc. And there was a very good deal on when I bought, Would recommend!

Love the variety! Every month there is a treat I can share with my loved ones.
I recently tried some Canadian wines in Montreal, might be worth looking into them for your repertoire?
