Great escalation expérience with Paula!

They open account without my permission and try to open account and charge me for it and their excuses is they don't know what happen. They not even in UK. Disgusting

Of course there is always some people that can help you and assist you the best way possible.

Very good website but! The membership they automatic pay to your credit without any permission.

It was okay I didn't use it the voucher but I saw the site and I'm quite okay .

Jeremy Escalations supervisor handled a small dispute in a professional manner in a way that I wish that I had a pet so I can work with this trust worthy company.
People face problems on a daily level but they don't face problem solvers as often.

Satisfied and issue adressed

This scammers site along with mygamingitem.com have been charging me for a subscription that I did not authorized and when I requested to cancel and refund the charges. They say that they will comply but keep deducting from my card and still have the nerve to ask me for a favorable review for a service that in the first place I never authorized.

Below the email they sent me:

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ann, and I’m from the Escalation team. Your case was escalated to me for further review, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I will personally handle your case to address any further concerns and ensure everything is resolved to your satisfaction.

After reviewing your case, I do confirm that your account is cancelled with immediate effect to prevent any further charges.
As a gesture of goodwill, I’ve decided to make a special exception to our usual policy and I am pleased to initiate a refund of your membership fees if you wish. While this refund falls outside our standard terms and conditions, we believe this gesture is essential to prioritizing your satisfaction.

In the meantime, to help us improve our services,I kindly ask if you could leave a brief feedback regarding your experience with my support on Trustpilot. You can simply write "Issue is being handled well", "Helpful support", "Ann reached out to assist". Kindly avoid mentioning word refund in your comment, as it affects our policy.
