Got trainers 2 days ago wore them yesterday for 3 hours and they have literally fell apart absolute joke I will be taking them back to usc tomorrow morning. Avoid this company at all costs scam can't believe I actually got them from reputable shop they are clearly fake

Terrible quality. They look great (which is why i got them) but there's a manufacturing issue, as like others have said, the insides just fall apart. Wore them ONCE, and the inside fell away into bits. Never had an issue with other brands. I will stick with my trusty Vans for now on. Avoid.

Ordered loyalti suede navy trainers as had ordered a pair from them a few months ago ( different design) and lasted me well and decent quality. I received my second pair today and after trying them on the insides completely peeled away, not even slightly, the full inside peeled off. AVOID.

White leather trainers, AVOID

the inner lining is faux leather and its rubbish peals off ad you wear it.sk your socks have white bits in them as you walk in them...just all peals off, worn mine 6 times for a total of 10hrs I'd say and they have fallen apart. Waste of £60..stay away!!

I do not know what happens where the shoes are and whether we are waiting. We want an address for the company or a number

Buyers beware... Made a return at the end of April so far no refund has been given.

Have tried getting in touch with them but all of their contact email addresses bounce back... PayPal dispute now open. :(

Shoes did not arrive and no ability to get in touch with customer service, the email address even sent us to sports direct which didn’t know anything about it

Hi I can’t understand why my reviews at not being published . this company has something very wrong with their systems - all emails to customer service about our misssing order seem to end up with sports direct , who are as confused as I am there is no number and even tried to contact the director who is the as Gym King and can’t get a response I am going to have to activate a charge back through my bank but just want to warn others there is something very wrong here.Do not order anything from this site - the company doesn’t even exsist anymore it has changed names not files accounts and appears as if it may get struck off very soon.

I Ordered 2 pairs of trainers and they come within 2 days they were really big so I done a exchange cost me £9 for delivery it says on royal mail that loyalti received on the 8th of May I haven't received my trainers, been trying to email with no response, customer service is non existent. Have no idea what to do next. 2 trainers down and £110 down. Not happy.

I’ve purchased trainers from Loyalti a couple of times; always first class service and rapid delivery!
I had a problem with the last pair I ordered; rapid responses to my emails and all sorted within 24hours of my first email. Great to see a company providing decent customer service (Lucy)

Comfortable Trainers with a simple style, not too fussy & reasonable prices compared to shop prices, definitely going to purchase more! Worth the money

The black trainers I ordered came covered in white marks that I was unable to remove. Furthermore trainers themselves were stitched quite badly and were twisted so they looked warped when you looked up from the toe to the back of the trainer. I contacted customer services to return them, (No free returns slip provided), so I had to pay the £4.10 postage to return them and get a replacement, only to be told I was receiving a refund and not a replacement pair of trainers as I stated on my original email. When it came to refunding me the postage, I was asked for my paypal details. I don’t use paypal, so loyalti wanted me to provide my bank details via email for anyone who has access to that inbox to view... I had high hopes as I’d been recommended to loyalti footwear by a friend, she hadn’t purchased any trainers,(luckily) , but quite like the styling of them. Don’t waste your hard earned money and spend it somewhere else.

Have to say quite surprised I haven’t seen this company before. Love the shoes / trainers, quick delivery and have to say sturdy looking and comfi. My only issue is that I ordered 5 pairs of trainers which came but tried my luck with one size up as my size was sold out in 2 designs I liked. Only to return them isn’t free you have to pay for postage so I sent back 2 which cost me over £17 to obtain a refund on them. Apart from that I will defo be using the service again and if I could be refunded my £17 I would happily send chocolates to say thank you.

Dont buy from these lot, worst customer service ever, wont swap my shoes when misold me a size 10 pair of shoes labeled as size 8. Avoid avoid avoid

Sizes are awfully wrong, ordered a size 8 onced arrived it was bigger than all my size 8 shoes, was deffo a size 10 labeled 8

Great quality trainers. Happy with my order, was a bit big when they arrived but when checked the size guide I realised I’d need a size lower which I exchanged the pair for. I would recommend loyalti, the style of trainers are trendy, fair price, good communication & delivery time.
