Excellent service from LPA Now from start to finish, or at least upto docs being submitted. It’s another 10-12 weeks before actual docs are processed but this is out of their hands.

I found LPA via a search on the internet. I needed a service where someone could come around the house, and LPA seemed to offer exactly what I required, and the reviews on trustpilot were all positive. I gave them a call on a Thursday, spoke to a lovely lady who took all the details. By the Monday I had a gentleman around the house with all the forms to sign, and by Thursday LPA had all the forms in hand, checked and ready to submit. So all within a week. And best of all, they did not ask for payment until the Thursday once all docs were correct and ready to go.

Excellent customer service, helpful from start to finish. Taken through the whole process and compassionately dealt with my family. Highly recommended.

It was so convenient having someone come to the house to go through all the forms with us and my dad felt at ease throughout the process.
We experienced some delays with the signing of the forms (with some missing initially) but thankfully the LPA's are going through the systems now.

A lady came to my home explaining everything. Filled in the forms. Then sent of forms to family and came back so I and 1 son at home could fill his bit it. I was very pleased with my service from them. Just waiting for something back from the public office of gaudian now.
