I received a RoseArt wooden puzzle for Christmas

I received a RoseArt wooden puzzle for Christmas last year (2025). It was missing one piece. I contacted Cra-z-art since RoseArt was acquired by LaRose Industries (Cra-Z-Art). At first I thought they were going to take care of the issue by giving me a puzzle of equal value and quality. I sent pictures of the puzzle box and the puzzle with the piece missing at their request. Cra-z-Art said the puzzle was sold in 2005. It's not 21 years old. It was bought in a shopping mall in Springfield Missouri in December 2025 by my Aunt for a Christmas present for me. She did not save the receipt. Oh well. Now I know what company doesn't stand behind quality control. I will never purchase a
Roseart, Cra-Z-Art or LaRose Industries product. Buyer please be aware.

In November I put one of there puzzles…

In November I put one of there puzzles together. There was one piece missing. I tried several times to e mail them. E mail s returned. Not a good e address. Next I tried to call them. I left a message repeated twice my phone number. I have not heard from them. Next I had taken a photo of the puzzle and missing piece. I printed it out and sent it in a letter to them. I am still waiting to hear from them. I will again try to reach them.. However I know this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be buying more puzzles from this company.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I received a puzzle from this seller on Amazon. Puzzle was very nice but missing a piece. I contacted customer service and they said they would send the puzzle. Nothing sent. I contacted them again and they changed it to 6 to 8 weeks to get it. Never sent it. Sent another string of emails and they ghosted me. Never sent anything and refuse to reply. All their BBB complaints also go unanswered. This is the worst customer service team and company I have ever dealt with. Please save your money and buy from someone else.

I had a puzzle piece missing from a new puzzle. Customer service went through all the trouble of data gathering and 8 months later, regardless of the follow up emails, they are now ignoring me. I will not buy anything from this brand again.

No customer service, company does not respond

Puzzles are cute, however I had one puzzle piece missing. I reported to cra-z-art, and at first it appeared that they were going to replace the puzzle. It has been three months, and I have not received the puzzle nor a response. Last email wasn’t even answered. Company ghosted me, probably to get out of replacing the puzzle. Customer service wise, I cannot recommend cra-z-art.

I am a great fan of doing puzzles

I am a great fan of doing puzzles. After finishing my puzzle there was one price left. I kept looking at this price and noticed it did not match anything in the puzzle. So the last price did not match or fit. So after doing the whole puzzle one price is missing. A little disappointed!

I purchased a 1000 piece cork board puzzle, Kodak premium colors ,"Covered Bridge" produced by Cra-z-art. The packaging hypes it up but this is the worst puzzle ive ever bought. There are only 4 or 5 different shape pieces and most all of them easily fit together with Any other piece. Plus its missing 11 of the border pieces. No enjoyment here, only anger and disappointment. Never buying from this company again! Stick with "Springbok" always Quality .

I’ve reached out to customer service by…

I’ve reached out to customer service by phone 3X and also emailed them twice over a 3 wk. period with no response.
I usually believe in, “never say never” but I will never buy another product from this company!
Springbok is my puzzle place with exceptional customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

When I buy a new puzzle in a sealed bag, I expect all the pieces to be there. I have a puzzle table, so pieces can’t fall off. CALIFORNIA DREAMS 1000 pieces.

I have one more CraZart puzzle to put together and then I am switching to a different brand.

I wonder what the factory floor looks like after a day of manufacturing😂

A Positive Experience Goes South
I bought at least 4 puzzles from Walgreen and every one of them had to be returned, because of missing pieces.
If you don’t care about the quality of the product don’t bother. I know I’m not going to waste any more of my time or my money on this product.

Don’t buy anything for this company

Don’t buy anything for this company. Missing puzzle pieces and then they make it very difficult to contact them. I tell everyone this is a terrible company- save your money and buy from other more reputable art companies

Missing Piece / Company Ignoring Me

I bought a 1,000 piece puzzle and in the end it was missing a piece. I went to Cra-Z-Art's website and filled out their form -- twice -- letting them know what happened and asking if they have a replacement guarantee like other USA puzzle companies. They ignored me. Wish I had come here first and read the bad reviews. Could have saved the cost of the puzzle and effort that went into trying to complete it. Never again!

It's so frustrating

It's so frustrating to get a brand new never opened 500 puzzle and find that a boarder piece is missing after putting hours into putting the puzzle together.

FOUR missing pieces and one extra piece…

FOUR missing pieces and one extra piece in a brand-new puzzle is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but after reading other reviews it seems that this is a common occurrence. They say they'll replace it with another lkq, but we don't even have a choice on which ONE they send. IMO The offer should have been a coupon for four puzzles (the number of missing pieces). We gave them a second chance to improve their customer service to no avail. We'll avoid buying puzzles from this company in the future.

Never again

Never again. Missing pieces. Too many pieces that are the same and can possibly fit in one place only to find out they go in another. Ridiculous.

Bad Company Practice

I really wanted to give this company the benefit of a doubt but they are absolutely unbothered by their poor customer service. I purchased a 2000 piece puzzle only to find that at the end of putting the puzzle together I had 3 unrelated pieces left. Beyond that I was missing 4 pieces to the puzzle I put together. I contacted their customer support and was immediately contacted requesting information related to the puzzle. The email stated they will send a replacement of equal or greater value. Needless to say I never heard from them again. I resubmitted the issue and here it is over a month later and no communication. As an avid puzzle person I will never purchase anything from this company again including art supplies.

Got a puzzle and had 3 missing pieces…

Got a puzzle and had 3 missing pieces and 3 duplicate pieces. They say that if you are not satisfied to call or email them which I did twice by phone and email. They never got back to me. Overall nice puzzles, but their customer service sucks. Better chance of hitting powerball than getting them to do anything. I will not be buying their puzzles in the future.

We purchased a Cra-z-art puzzle

We purchased a Cra-z-art puzzle. It was missing pieces. I used their online contact form to report it. No response. I completed a 2nd one. No response. So then I called. Of course you can only leave a message for this type of issue. Left a voicemail, and it’s almost a week later and, no response. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company for myself or any of our 8 grandchildren.

Can’t remember exact dates, but 2 online forms completed in August andSeptember, voice mail left in September. Terrible customer service.
