I would like to leave a positive review on behalf of this company. Their puzzles are a dollar at the dollar store. Thank you for bringing me hours of fun doing a puzzle for such an affordable price. I’m sure there are plenty of older people that appreciate that as well considering many people in the elder years are on a fixed income. The puzzle pieces don’t have that ‘lock in place’ feature that some of the more pricier puzzles have but they still fit together just fine. I have yet to have a puzzle that is missing a piece or any duplicate pieces. They all fit in place. I wish I didn’t read these awful reviews before finishing my first puzzle because I literally was so anxious completing the puzzle thinking a piece was missing or getting irritated because I thought it didn’t fit in place correctly but yes, puzzle came out just fine. I even glued it afterwards and it’s hanging in my living room. Thank you cra-Z-art !

WORST COMPANY EVER!
My kid started building it for one hour and it wouldn't even stick together. I bought it from the dollar tree but that doesn't mean that it can't even connect. "would NOT buy".

The puzzle was Spring Mill by Abraham Hunter the box was sealed and the bag with the pieces was sealed and the puzzle had 22 missing pieces
I never bought a puzzle that had so many missing pieces. I will never purchase a puzzle of Abraham Hunter again. Never in all the years I have done puzzles did I get such a horrible experience of missing pieces.

I enjoyed the (1000 piece Shore Fun) puzzle and i liked that it took me forever to figure out but a few months later, when i decided to work it again, i noticed holes in the puzzle where so many of the diamond shapes were broken off and in the bottom of the box. Great subject matter, bright colors but poor craftsmanship. I wont buy CraZart brand again.

I got a puzzle at at store and three pieces are missing from it will y’all send me another puzzle

I have sent 2 replies about a puzzle missing pieces. also tried to call left two messages and no return call.

We bought the 500 piece learning to fly by William vanderdassen and it is missing 14 pieces.

this $h1t f#ck1ng blows, i have never had a positive experience with any art supplies from “cra-z-art” which btw is the most r3t4rded way to do that name ive ever seen, every single day i fall asleep and dream of a world where cra-z-art wasnt made and im happy, then i wake up and it all hits me, i will never be happy, and its your fault. F#ck you.

5 missing pieces from a brand new sealed in plastic puzzle. 2 duplicate pieces. Very disappointing.

I have purchased many of their small puzzles. The ones with the smaller sized pieces are truly difficult to put together as their is not much difference in their look and then 1 piece can erroneously fit in multiple places.
3 or 4 of the other ones have come with 1 piece missing (it seems like someone in the factory grabs a souvenir piece). I have contacted the company several times - they promise to replace but they have NEVER KEPT THEIR PROMISES. Granted, these are inexpensive but it's their lack of ethics that is what makes them get 2 stars.

Do not buy these puzzles for children! I had a hard time getting the pieces to stay together; in fact, I gave up after doing the border and put all the pieces back in the box. It’s a shame because the photography is excellent and because of the composition, would be good puzzles for a child moving from simple to more complex. But only a child with extreme patience…more than I have at the age of 67!

Pieces do not stay together. I am avid puzzler and these are the worst puzzles I have ever purchased. Granted I only paid $1.25 for an 100 piece puzzle but I had to scotch tape it to keep it together. No way a child would enjoy this puzzle.

This company, Cra-Z-Art, is a complete SCAM. They purchased the Snoopy Sno-Cone patent from the original manufacturer, and, through sketchy business practices (in an attempt to increase profit, of course), they've ruined this product. They package the sno-cone flavoring mix (you know, the stuff you need in order to convert your crushed ice into an actual sno cone) in these weird plastic bags that have the silver color of foil painted on them. The sno cone flavor/color mix promptly mixes with these weird silver colored paint flakes on the packaging to poison consumers. I spent over 6 months corresponding back and forth with Cra-Z-Art during which time they made promises to send a good, useable flavoring package to me and they never did. They don't actually have customer service - it's just some rando in a room who occasionally responds to emails with lies. Cra-Z-Art is garbage....if you see that name on the label of any product do NOT purchase, they're running a scam and their products are unsafe.

This was the first puzzle brand we gave up and threw away. Been doing puzzles for years. Congrats Crazart!👎👎👎👎

These are some of the cheapest puzzles on the market and there is a reason for that. They are garbage. You get what you pay for.

They are flimsy and come bent. They are often missing pieces or have duplicates. They don't snap together so when placing a new piece others separate.

People can make better puzzles at home with cardboard, a printed photo, glue and scissors.

Don't waste your dollar on this garbage, it's not worth the headache.

Bought three of their puzzles. Every single one was missing multiple pieces

Bought puzzle of Abraham Hunter winter solace. I put together many puzzle before and this puzzle was by far the worse puzzle. IT came with 8 duplicate puzzle piece and 4 missing pieces. I was in shock how can a company send a puzzle with this huge mistake. Make sure not to buy CRA-Z-ART PUZZLE CAUSE THIS IS PROBABLY A COMMON ISSUE WITH THERE PUZZLE. NOTHING WORSE THAN WORKING ON A PUZZLE AND HAVE MISSING PIECES NOT ONLY THAT BUT TO PUT 8 EXTRA DUPLICATE PIECES TOO. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CRA-Z-ART ANYTHING.
