Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Placed order 11th Feb. Money debited immediately. No sign of goods, communication terrible - was just advised items were out of stock and should be on way soon! Have reported to Trading Standards and started charge back process with credit card company for non receipt of goods. Do not reply to messages have sent via contact page, email or DM on Insta page. Teenage son now £85 out of pocket which was his birthday money. Disgusting company!

Shocking communication
Shocking communication. Ordered product still not arrived despite stating 4 to 7 days on the website for deluvery. They can't even tell me when they will arrive and have refused a refund!!!

AVOID this so call company
Order places 11th Jan 2023. Still waiting on 24th Feb. Order should be 4~7 days. Only way to contact is to email get no reply back for days just to say we will get your order out to you.
Email again and still no reply.
No communication, take money out from account straight away. Can not offer refund. In process of going to trading standards. Now asked to give this so call company a review. Absolutely disgusting of what they call them a company. I wouldn’t call them. A company I would call the the biggest rip off merchant. Say they are from London but now I don’t believe that they are . So many negatives and I couldn’t mark them below a 1 or they would have a 0. AVOID STAY AWAY from them and

We are a hard working company, for the people who had a delay in their order they were told regarding this issue, we respond to every email aswell. We also have a 48hour wait until emails are responded to. Even in our policies it says delivery could take longer than expected delivery date if the item was out of stock and if we were waiting for the stock to arrive to us. We are extremely sorry regarding this issue, this typically never happens to any of our customers but we were out of stock for your product, you should have your product by now.

Had to wait a bit longer than expected for my shoes but when they came I suddenly fell in love with them the colour on the shoes is amazing. Really trustworthy site when you have any doubts you can text them on Instagram and they reply in less that an hour
