I came to Chengdu to study with LTL and it has been a great experience.
My teacher (Pan Pan) tries different learning styles to see what is best for the student and makes learning feel simple.

After 1 week I can definitely see an improvement in my level (HSK 3)

Before deciding where to study Ilaria was very helpful with every detail about the stay, classes and all the logistic during my time in Korea. After deciding to study at LTL I was put in contact with 현영 and she assessed my Korean and also we had a talk about school, she’s been helpful during my time at Korea also rescheduling classes and it’s very attentive and kind person. Since I started learning Korean for the first time in September 2025, with no previous knowledge and I feel like my professor, 고 민지, has helped me a lot. I feel I can understand 45% of the conversation now and even if the grammar it very difficult, I feel that my professor explains it so well and is very attentive and that’s why I never want to miss a class even if I am sick. Manuel has been very helpful and funny since he speaks my language (spanish) it makes me feel like I am at home. For a week I had 지현 as a professor and I enjoyed studying with her because it was a different dynamic than with my other professor. Hailey is a very funny and energetic person and I like hanging out with her. Leo makes a lot of activities after class and he has become like our designated tour guide during my time in Korea. Leo makes sure everyone is enjoying their time, takes us to different activities around Seoul, we even went to JEJU island and was a very fun trip. I haven’t had Mr. Kyle as a professor but we meet outside and he always tries to help me with my Korean. Overall I would recommend coming to LTL they make you feel like home, they are very attentive and the most important thing is that my Korean is improving a lot while I have fun. The staff and professor are the best in my opinion, very profesional and fun at the same time.

This school was really really amazing!!
Before I attended the school I had initially contacted some of the teachers and staff for organising details and from the start, all of the staff were really nice and then after meeting them in person, they are even more friendly and helpful!! The classrooms are really neat and quiet inside. My teacher was a really kind person and we got along really well. I had got to practice speaking with my teacher and classmate a lot of times and also learned from a textbook, having a good balance of grammar and real speaking.
Overall I really enjoyed this school and would come back if I had the opportunity.

It was my fifth time coming back to LTL for language courses and this time I had Kyle as my teacher. After my lessons I could really tell that I was more comfortable speaking in daily life situations! What I particularly liked is that we took time to talk about my learning goals. Every person has their own goals and Kyle made sure that he adjusted the lessons to fit me instead of the other way around. I’ve been back multiple times so needless to say I’ll come back to LTL next time for sure. And I’d feel a lucky language learner if I had Kyle as my teacher again.

I'm working part-time in Beijing and study Chinese every morning for four weeks at LTL. They even helped me to organise a very spontaneous weekend retreat to Chengde in a 1-1 class.
An amazing adventure that I recommend to every intermediate Chinese speaker ☺️

She is very friendly and a great teacher especially if you start to learn vietnamese as a beginner!
The lessons are fun and very helpful

I had a great experience at LTL Beihai - the city is great for Chinese immersion as there are very few foreigners. And the city has great weather, a laid back vibe yet has all the amenities. My teacher was great and very flexibly adjusted to my needs.

I have joined a 1-month intensive program at LTL with half day in a small group class and another 2 hours one-on-one in the afternoon every day. The school has not only offered a cozy study environment but has also organized different activities. Thanks to the staff and teachers who are super friendly and are always ready to help and particularly to Jennifer, my teacher who has been so patient and engaging. I had a fantastic time and hope to be back soon.

I’ve been studying at LTL for two weeks now and since the first day my experience has been above my expectations. I’ve trusted them with everything and wasn’t let down, from housing to getting me a SIM card to have a Chinese phone number to use here. I have classes for about four hours everyday, but I wish to come back and spend more time studying. Studying by myself or having 2/3 hours of classes every week is honestly not enough. I’ve been learning SO MUCH everyday, I don’t think it’s impossible to learn Chinese anymore. The people here have also been fantastic, inside the school and just around Shanghai. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at the LTL school in Chengdu. In two weeks I was able to learn so much more than I expected! My teacher (Unicorn) made the lessons interesting, kept a very good pace and adjusted the lessons to my preferences as well.
We also had a lot of after school activities with the teachers and the others students which were very fun! Strongly recommend this school, especially if you want to properly immerse into the language, since Chengdu has less English speakers than other major cities.

Unforgettable experience at LTL Beijing! The team is lovely, and the teachers are qualified and dedicated. The school is very well located and easily accessible by subway.
The atmosphere is relaxed and family-like. Cultural activities are organized every week with the students! I loved my stay there, and I highly recommend this school without hesitation!

I spent 4 weeks at LTL Seoul and had a great time! My teacher Minji was amazing and I feel my Korean, especially my speaking skills, have improved a lot even in a short time. The activities organised by the school were also great for connecting with other students, engaging more in Korean culture and exploring the city. I highly recommend LTL Seoul if you want to learn Korean.

I had a productive 1-to-1 session at LTL Mandarin's Beijing school for one week. It fully met my expectations. The instructor (Alice) has years of experience, and it showed. She provided interesting content that matched my language level, included "pronunciation drills" which were very helpful (but not excessive), and I had ample opportunity to clarify issues. Perhaps other language schools also have similarly qualified instructors, but I particularly appreciate LTL Mandarin's flexibility in terms of timing, number of days and hours per day. I hope to return next year for another week of 1-to-1 learning with LTL Mandarin (if the price is reasonable)!

Had the most rewarding three weeks learning Korean in Seoul at LTL. My instructor, Minji, and the staff (Manuel, Hyunyoung, Lio, and Hailey) were super supportive and an absolutely pleasure to be around. Not only did my Korean improve, but I got to connect with other students and explore the city through the variety of after school activities. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you LTL Seoul!

The LTL school staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks to the numerous cultural activities organised by the school I visited some of the key landmarks in Beijing and participed in a number of activities such as traditional Chinese music and tai chi – these activities greatly enhanced the whole experience. A special thanks to my teacher Ava with whom I have thoroughly enjoyed studying and exchanging. I do believe this school has it all - good teaching, a variety of cultural activities and a great atmosphere. Bravo to all the staff members!

I stayed for 7 weeks at the LTL school in Beijing. It was an amazing experience! I took group classes in the class of teacher Alice. She was an amazing teacher with a lot of patience. She always explained new words very clearly and also talked about the local life of students. Apart from my teacher the other staff at the LTL were also great! They were very kind and supportive, especially when I felt homesick at times. I met amazing people there and did a lot of the cultural activities, further expanding my knowledge of Chinese culture. During those 7 weeks, I stayed at a host family, ms. Wang was an incredible host mother. Because their family did not speak any English, i was forced to communicate with them in Chinese, so i would even learn new words outside of school. Every single part about this program was just amazing. I am definitely returning sometime soon!

The teaching at LTL Chengdu is top notch. I want to thank my wonderful teachers Fang Ying and Pan Pan. You really feel that both teachers care about their students.
Both were patient with me, but also demanding, depending on the situation, which pushed me to the next level. I am very thankful for the intensive, but also fun classes.

The whole LTL Chengdu staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They also have a Chinese buddy program, so you have the chance to meet Chinese people and apply your newly acquired Chinese skills.

I had a very good experience studying at LTL language school in Beijing. The lessons were well organized, and the teachers were great. I made steady progress with my Chinese and met several nice classmates. When I got sick, the staff assisted me in finding a doctor and made sure I was okay. I can fully recommend the school to anyone interested in learning Chinese in Beijing. I felt very well taken care of because everyone at the school is so friendly.

I did a two-week intensive 1:1 Chinese course in Chengdu with Ying, and it was such a great experience. Ying was super kind, funny, and patient. She always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I really understood everything before moving on.

What I really liked was how flexible she was — she even offered help outside of class and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome in Chengdu. You can tell she truly cares about her students.

The lessons were interesting and fun. I’d recommend studying with Ying if you want to learn Chinese in a supportive and friendly environment.
