Great fabric, clean cuts. Smooth delivery and great presentation “unboxing experience”

Liked the biscuits and the newspaper the first time and the candy and the message at the second one.

This is an excellent brand, really good quality. The staff at the Kings Road shop in Chelsea were excellent especially Megan.

quick shipping, nice unboxing. Shirt (pique) feels luxurious and very comfortable.

cuff holes feels small, first time you need to work a bit on that, BUT it also ensures that they dont easily open which is sometimes an issue on the sleeves.

I think size wise they are a bit lengthy, I am 75kg and 185cm and the medium sized shirt I prefer to tuck in as a bit too long out of the pants - at least to my taste.

I purchased a cotton-cashmere charcoal gray shirt and a midnight blue brushed cotton shirt. I normally wear a size large (32/42” waist/chest, 5’10”,175lbs ) in most brands and that seemed to be the right size for me based on LF’s sizing chart. The shirts fit perfectly in the body and arms but were just barely too tight in the shoulders so I exchanged them for XL. The exchange process was very easy and LF even shipped the replacements by next day air.

The shirts themselves are very impressive. The colors are perfect, the craftsmanship is very high, the material is very high quality, and the details are very thoughtful.

These are my first LF purchases and I’m now definitely a fan. I highly recommend these if, like me, you’re looking for high quality clothing says that you care about quality, detail and refinement and you express it quietly, without trying to impress.

What Luca has done in just 10-11 years is quite remarkable, to say the least. Exquisite products, welcoming personnel in stores with an ambient which doesn't let you go easily because they are designed with impeccable taste. I live in London so I’m lucky to have such stores at hand. Nevertheless, for those who don't have a Luca Faloni store nearby, no worries. Online experience is high sky. Orders delivered even the next day, in boxes which make one want to keep them, try and you will see. Well done, Luca and all those who make such a treat possible.

Such a premium experience. Had a tiny issue after payment customer service on WhatsApp responded in 5 minutes and made sure all was good.
I actually placed my order at 2 pm on Monday and received my order the next day at 10 am, from Italy to Switzerland, and delivery costed 10 bucks and would have been freed if I had one more item.
Unpacking is gorgeous, the Chino was packed into a very nice bag, and quality is outstanding. Strongly recommended.

I felt very well-advised during my visit to Luca Faloni in Zurich. Suzanna was attentive to my needs and proactively brought the correct sizes and matching colors. I never felt pressured to make a purchase at any point. The Prosecco was delicious and it is always a wonderful experience to shop here. Unfortunately, the trousers I purchased turned out to be faulty, which meant I had to visit the store twice to resolve the issue.

Not a frequent user of online clothes shopping but well supported with accurate size charts and product descriptions.
Ordering and delivery processes are slick and quite fast.
