Reliable and competitive
By far the most important thing is that they have always been reliable and always delivered within the timeframe requested. Prices are generally at the competitive end.
It would be great if in future they could send a confirmation email once the order has gone through as most companies do and it would be great if they could confirm the day of the delivery once they know.
