I have not received my order

I ordered anti fungal nail and I wanted 2 bottles so I paid for 2 bottles. I still have not received them. I have emailed them more than once and they say your order has been delivered. I keep telling them I have not received my order. So don’t order off them as they take your money and do not send the goods a very disappointing customer never again

One star only because zero stars was not an option. Goods ordered and paid for never delivered. Tracking information indicated they were delivered by the Weston Super Mare Delivery Office, yet we are in Stockport! Absolutely no response from the company, so seeking a refund via the credit card company!

I received a cat toy. It was advertised as flying around. It doesn’t. It just lays on the ground waving its arms. I can’t get my money back.
I want a refund. I emailed but was told undeliverable.

Received an email to say goods had been delivered which they hadn’t!! No referral to which company actually delivered the items and no replies to my emails so in all absolutely appalling and possibly a scam yet again through Facebook !!! Be careful!!

Do not use this company, ordered three key hangers,looked nothing like advertised,just cheap tat.

Goods did not arrive. No response from customer service. Avoid unless you want to lose your money.

im waiting 3 months on an order for christmas

i made a purchase 4th Dec, money taken but no order confirmation, looked on here seen the reviews so know im never going to get the item, disputed the payment on my banking app 20 mins ago and ive been refunded already.

Appalling customer service no confirmation for delivery will not return my messages definitely a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED

Orderd an item on the 21 st November still not received item or tracking number. Have emailed 3 times with no reply’s. I paid by a company does instalments they taking my money each time. Wish I had read the reviews on this company have orderd of other unknown companies never had this problem.

Appalling customer service!! No reply to emails requesting not to post the order in the first place as I wanted it cancelled. Posted order that took weeks to arrive. Now struggling to get a refund as ignoring my emails! Please DO NOT order from here!!

So far i cannot give an honest review as i am still waiting for my sleep masks to arrive, but on reading the reviews on this Company have got to say i'm not very hopefull. I have found out now that there customer service is rubbish, i keep asking for a tracking or reference number, & they certainly seem not to want to give me one.

Just a scam company I bought a bottle oven cleaner and they took money from my bank for four bottles I have emailed them asking for refund and said I only want one ...had no reply to 4 emails now

I still have not received my items. They are quick to take the money from your account but not respond to the four emails I have sent over the past month. Absolutely shocked at this so called online company. Its a disgrace that they feel they can take money from hard working people and have no correspondence with the customer. Luckin-4850052

I ordered some cat toys from this company 4 weeks ago, the money was taken immediately. I have emailed several times to ask when I can expect to recieve the goods without reply. Today I received an email to say they had been delivered -God knows where because I havent got them! Like many others I think I have been scammed.
