I ordered some cat toys from this company 4 weeks ago, the money was taken immediately. I have emailed several times to ask when I can expect to recieve the goods without reply. Today I received an email to say they had been delivered -God knows where because I havent got them! Like many others I think I have been scammed.

Appalling customer service - none delivery and charge back needed by my bank.
Won’t go as far to say a scam but avoid at all costs.

Ordered Xmas gift 18:10/25 evri have lost parcel messaged company 2 X and no reply and no parcel that’s £30 down drain what a joke

Scam company.
I never received my order. No response from customer service

Parcel didn't arrive, sent email to customer service, had no response. Parcel finally arrived 1 week later with wrong item!! No telephone no to contact this company, which is highly suspicious!!

When items were delivered they were very poor quality, waste of money

Was promised order within 5 days but still not received it yet. Have emailed them twice to try and get an answer but they do not reply. Stay away from this company

i spent £130 on some what i believe to be herbal diffuser vape replacements to aid me and some of my friends to stop smoking however when it came it was completely not as advertised. the vape pens were completely different as advertised in the tiktok videos. literally just pens with herbal sticks in them. a joke

Avoid , complete scam , false video advertising of the whiskey advent calendar ( half price at £14) showing miniature bottles with actual whiskey inside … what you receive are thumbnail size fake bottles … pathetic

I bought from a TIKTOK advert thinking it was the TIKTOK shop. I think I have been scammed as they took my money and have not emailed a receipt and not responding to my emails. I have not received my order.

This company took money out of my account for what I don’t know never received anything had to get a refund from my bank WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE 😡😡😡😡😡

I didn’t even want to give it 1 star if I’m honest. I ordered 2 birds that are remote controlled. They advertised when you open the box the bird starts flying and there is a remote control with it. Nope I had 2 badly made bird toy no moving bird no remote. This company should be made to close down they are false advertising

I bought their advent colanders the whisky one and the beer one and they have said it was delivered and I haven’t received anything and they are continuing to withdraw monies from Klarna

I ordered 3 bird toys for my cats they were advertised as flying chirping birds. Took ages for delivery. They do NOT fly and it’s a job to get them chirping total rip off and cats show no interest

I ordered a some yeast for my dog and still haven't received it and I've emailed few times wish I read the reviews first

Ordered and payed for an item on the 10/19/25 not received I have sent 4 emails regarding the item or a full refund. It no reply to any of my emails that’s been over 4 weeks is this a scam or just a poor service

I placed order three weeks ago and still have not recieved the goods, Tried e-mailing them but replies. Scam, do not order from this company

Avoid at all costs, ordered flying bird for my cat and just received an overpriced stuffed bird that does not fly! I wish I had read the reviews first!
