I thought I would try this casino out because of the good reviews and it had the games on the site that I like to play - deposited 20 and tried to start the game I wanted to play, wouldn't let me play it, kept getting error message so tried another game same thing... So I went onto chat and though to the advisor - Dean was quick to respond however his actual responses were a lot to be desired... I told him about the games not loading and he just said I will pass it on, literally nothing else about the issue. So unfortunately I withdrew the 20 I had deposited straight away and didn't even play on any other slots.
Really shouldn't advertise games if they don't work and i felt it a bit of a coincidence that more than one of the games I wanted to play wouldn't load.
Coming back to the reviews I see that most are about the chat operators not the actual service from the casino as a whole - which again seems a little strange surely you don't just play on the casino because the chat operators were nice, they are meant to be its their job! So all in all having a bad experience before I actually played a single penny off I felt disappointed and can't score any higher. As a new player the chat operator was at the very best unhelpful and the games I specifically wanted to play didn't work... Let's see how long it takes for my 20 to come back I joined Thursday and its now Saturday....
