I really like this platform. The games are great, winning-loosing ratio is good and had no problem with depositing money. However, have a problem with giving yall money and when I win a small $30 I can't get paid. Submitted withdrawal Thursday and it is now Tuesday afternoon and customer service went from giving me vague answers to nothing happens when I hit the contact us button. Like they blocked my messages

I've been waiting 10 days to receive 6 cashouts totaling $180. I'm being told it is still in process but not to worry. They cannot provide me with a time frame or any proof that it is processing. I have been successful with small $30 cashouts but when I began to accumulate several, everything came to an end, and since then, my questions have been addressed with very vague answers.

Won 250 from the promo account sign up bonus naturally you can't withdraw that but it's put in a reserve and once you make any deposit it can be cash out into your redeemable balance as your playing I forget the formula but there is definitely a formula. I played back up to 60 bucks and requested redemption to my PayPal their web site clearly stated that redemption and verification takes 2 to 12 hours that was about 30 hours ago. I have messaged with support and get the same vague answer about not being able to give a time line ..they have yet to request anything from me just keep putting me off. I don't like the fact they plainly don't hold true to their own criteria for 2 to 12 hours redemption. They may pay in 5 minutes but have already shown me they can't be trusted. I'm glad it wasn't a lot of money
