Lie in regards to redemption timing
Won 250 from the promo account sign up bonus naturally you can't withdraw that but it's put in a reserve and once you make any deposit it can be cash out into your redeemable balance as your playing I forget the formula but there is definitely a formula. I played back up to 60 bucks and requested redemption to my PayPal their web site clearly stated that redemption and verification takes 2 to 12 hours that was about 30 hours ago. I have messaged with support and get the same vague answer about not being able to give a time line ..they have yet to request anything from me just keep putting me off. I don't like the fact they plainly don't hold true to their own criteria for 2 to 12 hours redemption. They may pay in 5 minutes but have already shown me they can't be trusted. I'm glad it wasn't a lot of money
