The site sold me an account listed as 'unrecoverable' when the account is not unrecoverable by any means. The original email was not included in the purchase, despite being standard practice when selling accounts. Additionally the account was listed to ijnclude "supplies" but It didnt include the chinchompas, the venny or bot training hunter probably dropped them.

After extensive communication regarding the account, we explained multiple times that the account was in fact unrecoverable. There appeared to be a misunderstanding about how the recovery system works for original Jagex Launcher accounts, as these accounts do not use the traditional recovery system that you believed applied here.
Despite the ongoing back-and-forth, we still offered you the option of a refund in an effort to resolve the situation fairly. However, you ultimately decided to keep the account. It is also important to note that this transaction did not take place directly through our website, but through a third-party marketplace.
Following this, you accused us of “false advertising” and proceeded to leave negative 1-star reviews, despite retaining ownership of the account. We believe these claims are unfounded and based on a misunderstanding of the account system rather than any misrepresentation on our side.
We sincerely hope this serves as a learning experience and encourage conducting proper research beforehand to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Nevertheless, we hope you continue to enjoy your OSRS account.

This is not a safe site. I bought some gold from them tonight and they told me my payment had been flagged as suspicious so unless I showed the a copy of passport they wouldn't sell me the gold. When I said I wouldn't provide my passport and wanted a refund they proceeded to ignore me for best part of an hour until I ran out of time to wait around and still have no confirmation of any refund coming my way. Avoid.

Dear Customer,
Indeed we have anti-fraud software that we run on all payments, so if there is something "suspicious" detected by the system we might ask for ID verification. If you don't want to do that we completely understand, and immediately refund your payment, which we did. You always get an immediate email confirmation of the refund in your mailbox with the email that you ordered with. However card refunds won't be immediately reflected by your bank, and can take a few working days to be reflected back on your card.
