This site is really criminal. I won with 5 euro a 150x in crazy balls. And i receive 10 euro. I go to the help center. So i waited 53 minutes for someone finally talk with me. And then they said.. everything seems normal to me so i cant do anything for you. They serieously stole 740 euro from me. And i cant do anything. They ask if i had a screen shot. But why would you make a screenshot of every winning you make. But you better do it if you played on this site. I play on much different casinos and never have trouble with some. Only with lucky pays. So this is a criminal casino guys

Gambling was ok. Withdrawal request of 3250 euro. Verified my account. They put the request in status processing, telling my the money was sent to the gateway.

However, without any message, they voided the withdrawal. After contacting live chat, they told I did not met the T&C. The proof they gave, were bets during other bonuses. When asking about the wagered bonus (in which I met al their T&C's), they could not give the bet ID's.
They said they escalated to senior support and I should contact them tomorrow. But suddenly, decision became final without explanation.

It's just another scam.

I did a withdrawal on the casino wich all went true but the money never arrived so i wrote to there Live chat and got the answer that they had voided my withdrawal. they couldnt even tell me why?

They will block you from live chat and not Return emails if you have a problem with bonuses . I paid for 100 £1 spins and they weren’t added . To then find out I was blocked from live chat and 27 emails later the issue is still not resolved . The agents keep saying to contact through email which I’ve done . No contact Centre to call up so you’re stuck in no man’s land . What I thought was a great site has massively disappointed me . Issue still not resolved and im Out of pocket . Sort it out !!
