I always play with bonus because they have every week Some free spins or deposit bonus… I had a lot of times that luck was on my side but was greedy to cash out lol… I mean 1700 from a 25 deposit isnt bad but i had so much fun playing and ended up playing live roulette with high stakes dumb of me ofcourse… verification is Quick like 10 min job… only downside is the actually withdrawal time… other sister sites do it much quicker and have discord for even faster withdrawal speed in like under 3 hours on working days… so please fix this because in my opinion 3 days waiting for a withdrawal isnt Nice if u want players coming back to play 👍

Absolutely horrendous bonus not available/ disappearing while you are using it/ took 2 bonus off me because one didnt show the free spins so a few days later with another deposit I got another bonus and because I forfeit the second one they eventually gave me the first one (500 free spins) then took that off me so I forfeit 1 and lose 2!!! 3/4 days for the money to appear in my account. Customer service skills 0/10 3 times in a week thos week my daily free spins haven't worked...you get the same lame/as they have the conversation made up rules back on live chat! They closed my account because i placed a bad review about a other site they own even tho i never said anything about luckypays, so stay away from this so called company, if they cant even handle a single comment about there way of working, u should stay away!

Scam casino, won Some money and when I withdrew my money after 2 days they have send me a message that my account was closed and my funds were confiscated due to breach of terms and accused me of fraud. When i asked for a explenation they didn’t want to tell me and their discision was final. Never play on this site!

I registered and confirmed via live chat that I was eligible for the bonus when it did not appear in the deposit section. I made my first deposit, but I never received the bonus, even though I had confirmed this beforehand. I would never have made even a single deposit at the casino if I had known this.

After that, I wagered my deposit once and requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal has been in “pending” status since December 9th, and customer support always gives the same response: “the relevant department is investigating the matter.”

I cannot recommend playing here to anyone. The customer service is ridiculously poor, and it is apparently very difficult to withdraw your money, even though the amount in question is as small as 160 euros.

Saw a lot of negative reviews but just wanna say they paid my withdraw.

Won 1800 euro and it was no problem. I aggree they have a little bit longer procces to pay out but in the end they do.

Requested 4 may an withdraw and today they send me an email that i have to verify myself.

After this procces a couple hours later they send the money to my bank.

For me this casino is doing his job and ofcourse you can do things quicker but in the end it counts if they send you the money and they did.

I think the problem of most people is the cancel button and if you not strong enough to wait you can not blame Luckypays...
