Be aware of hidden fees. Like the new trend on some sites, they charge a processing fee on purchases. That is clearly disclosed when making a purchase. However, when you make a redemption, you are subjected to undisclosed fee. So, if you redeem $100, you'll get $97 and chance. When questioned, they say it's a procesing fee and they can't control it. Why is it then that I'm not aware of any site that does that AND why is this not disclosed.
Additionally, I played because they have pragmatic games, which left the US market. This makes me beleive they have lied to Pragmatic about where they are operating in order to get these games. I've heard other people have reported them to Pragatic so who knows.
Finally, the do not have any responsible gaming options or sections on their site. Clearly they then want to encourage problem play.
That being said, I was paid timely (less undisclosed fees).
