Be aware of hidden fees
Be aware of hidden fees. Like the new trend on some sites, they charge a processing fee on purchases. That is clearly disclosed when making a purchase. However, when you make a redemption, you are subjected to undisclosed fee. So, if you redeem $100, you'll get $97 and chance. When questioned, they say it's a procesing fee and they can't control it. Why is it then that I'm not aware of any site that does that AND why is this not disclosed.
Additionally, I played because they have pragmatic games, which left the US market. This makes me beleive they have lied to Pragmatic about where they are operating in order to get these games. I've heard other people have reported them to Pragatic so who knows.
Finally, the do not have any responsible gaming options or sections on their site. Clearly they then want to encourage problem play.
That being said, I was paid timely (less undisclosed fees).

Okay so here we are a month later and they still haven’t paid me my money. This comes to show that the response they left on my first review was nothing but lies. This casino is nothing but a scam and crooks. Don’t play unless you want to be robbed.

Hi Tanya,
Our games operate using random number generation systems; as a result, outcomes can vary significantly between sessions and players, and it is not possible to guarantee winnings in any given round. We understand, however, that when results are unfavorable, the experience can feel frustrating.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our platform. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations this time.

Hi Brian,
We sincerely apologize for the delay you are experiencing with your redemption and fully understand your frustration—especially given that this is your second request and you have had to undergo an additional verification process.
Redemption times can vary depending on several factors; while many requests are processed within 2–4 hours, some cases may take longer due to security reviews, account verification, or additional validations required to protect the player's account.
It is also important to note that, once a transaction has been internally approved, the time it takes for funds to be credited may be affected by external factors—such as banks or payment providers—including weekends, business hours, or public holidays.
We truly appreciate that you enjoy our platform and games, and we regret that this experience has negatively impacted your perception. If you wish, our support team can review the exact status of your redemption and provide you with a more detailed update.
Decent
I orginally had a 5 star review for Lucky Rush and was a loyal happy customer but now thats not the case. My redemption was rejected TWICE in a row now and my winnings deleted. Customer service is claiming that the system does this and there is nothing they can do.
I played through my balance well above the requirements I was suppose to and all my winnings were taken away and I was just given back in my account my original purchase amounts.
The first time I was told it was rejected on account of "not playing my bonus money" which is not true one bit. The second time it was rejected on account of not playing my bonus in a standard way.
My first redemption was for $121. That was rejected and only $84 was returned to my acocunt. My winnings taken away from me. I was upset and said fine and bet my $84 balance on one hand of Bac Bo and won and then put in for a redemption of $168 and that was cancelled and only $126 returned to my account. Not sure what else I have to do here to be able to redeem. This is absolutely ridicilous! I literally risked my whole balance one one hand GAMBLING and that still wasnt good enough for them. Isnt that what casinos want you to do? It makes ZERO sense.
Lucky Rush made it right finally and I got my full redemption. They said it was an error in the system that did all of this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Still took a ton of work to get my money back.
