Used the app on a Sunday to book taxi from Leek road to my home some 5 miles away - useful locator app which gave my precise location and instant confirmation of booking, timing, name of driver and cost. Taxi arrived within 5 minutes which was amazing given that both the Leek road and Victoria road were partially closed due to tarmacking and the traffic was horrendous. My driver was courteous and chatty and although the trip home took considerably longer than it should have done, he did nt charge me any extra to the quoted price. Highly recommend.

Booked taxi waited 45 minutes for a driver, ridiculous not good enough. Guy in the office was okay tho won’t be using this company again

Very bad customer service especially the ones who work at the office. They have no single manners. Very bad set of people working with discriminatory attitude

The taxi driver was rude and a complete mess. Coupled with the fact that when they want to make a call to their office, they start speaking in a language you so not understand when you know English is the acceptable language.

I have met other nice and friendly drivers.

They don’t even deserve one. I’ve booked a taxi 3 hours in advance. Driver was assigned 25 minutes after scheduled time. Not moving for food 5 minutes. I’ve cancelled the booking. It’s just ridiculous. And they are calling themselves number one taxi company in Stoke. What a joke.

I booked for a lucky seven taxi this morning for 6:38am,the driver came 6:34 and started disturbing me with calls to come out, and went out to tell him is not yet booked time, then l noticed, he failed to pack, staying on the road, putting on the car double pointer to divert other cars. I asked him to park well while the passenger come out, he told me to cancel the taxi at 6:36am and booked another. It was really horrible experience this morning with lucky seven driver

Terrible experience. I booked a car 2 hours ahead from Stoke station. When I arrived got sent a text saying car was 2 minutes away. Used the tracker and saw the car going in the opposite direction getting further away. I called back and was put through to the driver who told me he wasn't coming for me and put the phone down on me. I then called back to the main number. They didn't apologise but told me they'd sent another car. I had to wait half an hour and when the driver arrived he was uncommunicative and unhelpful. Horrible experience, definitely would NOT recommend!

Booked with lucky 7 back from theatre at 11 pm. Taxi was there on time and was cheaper than any other taxi company around my area. I will definitely be using lucky 7 taxi company again. No problems at all with them

Worst company ever, I booked a taxi, I had no cash, money was in my card, they could not accept any other form of payment except cash, I was forcefully drove from one cash point to another in search of cash, really emberacing.

The drivers always come on time they are so kind and caring

Don't book this joke of a taxi firm. Booking was made three days before pick up,rang to check everything was booked so waiting for taxi. With 15 minutes to go before pick up got a call saying taxi was cancelled because they had no drivers in the area. This is not acceptable and I will never use this firm again. Use at your own peril, totally useless stoke firm.

If you take a booking 2 days in advance that booking should be assured, if you cannot do this then do not book in advance, and certainly do not lie and repeatedly say he is on his way when you know full well he is not.

Booked a taxi the night before from the travel lodge on the edge of Crewe. Got a text to confirm. Two minutes before taxi due they rang me to say they were not coming and my taxi was cancelled!!! no reason given to why it was cancelled !! Avoid at all costs.

Left a Lone female stranded tonight after they cancelled my booking for no reason. Disgusting. Avoid!

Booked a taxi via a telephone booking advised there was a possible 45 minute waiting time which was acceptable as we needed a taxi for a hospital visit within 10 minutes the taxi arrived the driver was very polite we arrived well before the visiting time also booked the lucky seven taxi’s Stoke several times this week & had the same experience polite drivers & no delays in waiting times will use again

I had a very terrible experience with them.No sort of customer service etiquette whatsoever and they charge per second and the driver drives like a snail.I wasn’t aware it was no card policy and he drove me back to a far card machine after I got to my destination (all while still having his meter reading) avoid taxi driver of the car hybrid Toyota MF22 WEI
Imagine he also implied I wanted to not pay him because I’m black doesn’t mean I’m a thief.15pounds???

Received the taxi this evening from this firm and let me tell you the way that I was spoken to and made to feel like I'm not even a part of society is a understatement on answering the taxi I was told that I will have to pay money upfront never had to do this before and the confusion from my side is that I've always use lucky 7 and always paid he basically responded and said people like you and I need to get my money before I set off so let's just get to the queen I live in supported accommodation and then basically asked for an explanation why would he point someone out like myself while dressed well-mannered and polite on arrival with money in my hands bare in mind so basically by this point I've already passed the money on and I've asked this question after he's basically said do you want to go home or not or do you you want to get out of by this point I've already been bullied into my money and now I'm being bullied into how I will get home I went quiet and within myself for a few minutes and then realid the situation was no good and ask to get out of this taxi he rubs the car over the road and then says that I will be charging you from here to there so I've been spoken to poorly bullied out of money and then nearly giving whiplash the way he pulled over the road like a little boy racer the I have reported this to the police and will with a port in it to the taxi licencing firm tomorrow also I will not be penalised for my situation and my livelihood speaking like this to customers and picking up people from a college I don't see it is the job for this person thank god that they give number plates out as they were refusing also to give the licence number off that driver they were dating over the phone that they can't do this I don't know how true this is but I will find out off the taxi licencing people tomorrow peppol like you it's absolutely disgusting makes me feel like that
