I was upset that my order did not deliver on time. I understand that there is a lot of orders happening during these months but I feel like it should have been mentioned when the expected delivery date passed and my order was not delivered. I feel like if I had not checked then I would not have realized that my package was not shipped. However, I think when I reached out about the issue, customer service was helpful and gave me other solutions.

They are a decent company. Clothes sometimes fit well and sometimes don’t but that is not their fault. The only problem is that the refund is a store credit. But i should have read that before buying. I didnt think at this day and age refunds to original payment was not standard.

After emailing my concerns for my dress not being shipped yet it was shipped right after and they gave me a whole bunch of options if I didn't want to wait for the dress.
I places an order on March 29th and the dress did not arrive until April 19th. My daughter’s dance was April 17th. I am in the United States and shipped should have never taken this long. Luckily we had a back up dress. I did contact customer service because I did not want a store credit for returning the late item. They did give me a refund which I appreciated. We love your dresses but the shipping process will make me question if I should order again.
Really disappointing experience. I ordered a dress for graduation and the quality was not worth the $55 at all—felt cheap and poorly made.
When I returned it (unworn with tags), I found out they only offer store credit, which is honestly a ridiculous policy that just locks you into buying more from them. I didn’t even think to check for that because most companies don’t keep your money when you return something.
Now I’m stuck with store credit I can’t use in time (shipping is slow and options are limited), and no dress.
Would not recommend—better quality and customer service elsewhere.
