Customer service was great! Daughter changed her mind on the dress she wanted and I was able to cancel the order before it shipped! Ordered the one she really wanted the same night! Came when it said it would and it didn’t take too long to get my refund! Will definitely order from here again! And very reasonable prices!!!

Fast shipping, great quality of the dress we ordered, however the dress didn’t fit well, but the return process was one of the easiest we have ever had with online shopping!

I was 1 day past the date to return a dress for store credit and unable to initiate the return. I emailed Lucy in the Sky for help. They sent a return label and instructions for the return the next day. I was very happy for the help.

I absolutely love this company! I’ve bought several dresses over the years since my daughter has been going to different things like formals, dances, proms, etc. and I have always been so happy with the merchandise and the service. If for some reason if we have to return a dress or there is any kind of an issue the customer service always replies so quickly and resolves the issue right away. This excellent service is why I will keep coming back and have given recommendations to all of her friends moms. Now they all shop at Lucy in the Sky!!

The dress I ordered was just like the picture, very cute, accurate color, and size/fit, and the fabric was nice. Also, customer service was very responsive and accommodating to my needs.

Everything about the website was super easy to manage and order, customer service was quick to respond and efficient. Only downside is it took way longer to ship than it says (it has been almost a month and it still has not arrived).

I was expecting an order to be shipped on a certain date that was given but I didn’t hear anything after that date had passed so I emailed customer service, they were very quick to get back to me on the issue and offered several acceptable solutions. I have ordered from this company before and absolutely love them and their merchandise.

I had a question about the date my dress was shipping - when I ordered the dress it was supposed to ship on April 8th, so when it didn't by April 10th I reached out to ask an for an update. They replied very quickly, and my dress was shipped promptly after. Even though it didn't come as expected, I understand that issues will always arise, and this specific issue was solved very well.

The quality is amazing too. Everything feels great and holds up really well over time. Their customer service has also been consistently great in my experience. Even when there are occasional delays (like with made-to-order items), they stay on top of it, communicate well, and really make an effort to make things right♥️

The customer service was really nice! The dresses are also SO GORG! As soon as they realized I wouldn't be getting what I wanted, they immediately helped refund me, no questions asked! I didn't experience any sort of difficulties at all. Love it.
