I emailed about a lost package and the person I connected with sent out a new package right away with express shipping. She was great!

While the dress was malformed which was disappointing, the customer service was super quick and very easy. They promptly offered me a refund for the dress!

The experience was good because when my dresses arrived in the mail, they looked similar to those on the website, and the quality was better than I expected. I ordered a satin dress, and I expected the quality to be lower, but it was actually comfortable on the skin. Aso, when I was having trouble with the return label, customer service was on point and provided me the return label with proficency.

The ordering process was easy and the shipping time was appropriate. I had an issue with the package being delivered to wrong place but when I contacted Lucy in then Sky about the issue, I received prompt and professional service. I bought 2 dresses. One of great got many compliments. The other just didn’t fit me right. I didn’t realize there was a 14 day return window. Customers service gave me a courtesy late return ( it was 18 days after purchase) The customer service was responsive and helpful. Also love the great selection- will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had a very positive experience with thus store. My daughter’s dress didn’t arrive and they quickly handled it. They offered to send it again or a full refund. They no longer had her size I chose the refund. Within a day, the refund was received.

I am never concerned about my daughters ordering from here because the customer service is amazing! The clothes are beautiful and great quality, but if something doesn’t fit or just doesn’t look good, the customer service team works with us to make it right. 10/10!
