Appalling quality that looks nothing like the dress I ordered.

Appalling quality, the dress is nothing like the photo. Very cheap material, the 'embroidered' design was a feint print onto cheap fabric. The dress I received actually made me laugh it was so bad. Returns aren't available for sale items - and everything is a sale item on their website - total scam rubbish.
I'd love to post a picture of what I ordered and what I received but can't see how to do this.

I was conned by a facebook ad

I was conned by a facebook ad that was advertising classy looking blouses at half price, due to a retirement sale. I ordered two, but when they arrived by Evri (not Royal Mail as their website showed) they were made from a disgusting polyester fabric and were packed in what looked like zip top freezer bags! When I asked to return them for a full refund, I was prepared to pay the return postage. However, they sent me the return adress, which is in China and that would cost me £25 - £30 tracked. I feel totally stupid for falling for it. BEWARE

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a bag.
As others have said, this "company" is not UK based. Delivery took forever, and the bag is of very poor, shoddy quality.
Returning to China at my own expense would be almost as much as I paid for the bag itself, so unfortunately I am just going to have to write it off as a lesson learnt.
Avoid at all costs. Total scam.

Ordered a bag which took for ever to…

Ordered a bag which took for ever to arrive and when it finally did quality was awful. I did what was asked and contacted them to return the item. Was told they'd give me 10% refund if I keep the item, or post it to them at an address in China and it would cost £25 to £30 to return. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

I bought from 'Lucy & Willow, London

I bought from 'Lucy & Willow. London' two of the Elara Relaxed Ruffle-Trim Linen Blouse -- one in Yellow and one in Black. The impression I got was that this company was located in London or at least had a representative shop in London. Not so! The website gives the story of two enterprising English ladies from Manchester soon to open a branch in London. Not so it turns out. It took almost a month before I finally received my two blouses here in London. They were shipped from Singapore as it turns but as the label makes clear they were made in China. That would be ok, but the main reason I ordered these was that I wanted a Linen garment for the Summer. The website states that they are 'Linen' but when they arrived they contain no linen fabric at all. The labels say that they are both made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. So not Linen and not breathable at all And they don't even have the look of linen. They look like cheap polyester garments . I have no doubt the photos they use on the website of this product were made of linen or a linen blend -- but these are not the same as depicted on the website. I am disgusted -- it is a lie and a Scam.

PLEASE avoid!

PLEASE avoid purchasing from this company full stop. My family bought clothing and some of the quality was dire. Returns are sent to China yes CHINA at your own costs despite the online shop front angled to make you feel it's a London company. Neither Ecomdream or LucyWillow London exist in UK Company registration files. Please be warned up front, this is a far eastern operational selling cheap low quality goods under a smart marketing campaign --> DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Terrible quality and when you want to return the items (which you will), you have to send them to China at an estimated cost of £25. Total scam… it’s not a “retirement sale” at all..

BEWARE it's a SCAM!

BEWARE! Adverts on Instagram selling goods from 'London' when infact they come from China. The fabric is cheap, and the sizing is drastically different from standard UK sizing. Lucy & Willow London (or similar variations) display heavily edited stock images but deliver poor-quality, mass-produced items shipped directly from China. Returning an item means paying high postage fees to send it directly to China, you will never secure a 100% refund.

Be very wary of purchasing from this…

Be very wary of purchasing from this company. It is not clear that the goods purchased come from china.when it arrived their were faults with the outfit, contacting the company straight away,to inform them of the faults. The response was quick, but the query went on for almost a week. They would not accept the faults, albeit I sent photos of the problems. The only way I would be able to get a full refund is if I sent the goods back to China at my own expense. I reluctantly gave in and accepted 50% refund. Also the website shows they have a shop. This is incorrect, they are an online company. They admitted their was no shop.
