this has been the worst online shopping experience ever! the item took more than a month to arrive, it had nothing to do with the photo on their website, and costumer services are dreadful... in the end, they offer you 20% refund for an item that they sold as false advertisement!! not only i lost my time, but lost £37!!

2 bathing suits, one doesnt fit or look right at all, the other is fine except some threads coming out on one of the seems, not ruining the piece or anything but its a poor experience overall not happy, too much work to send it back or complain

This company is a sham! They sent me a shirt that would barely fit a child. If you want to return it the cost is 5 times the cost of the shirt to ship it back to China. Stay away!

Lost my entire order.......of course they don't give you a customer service number ......you have to "submit a ticket" which takes another week to respond. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE if you actually want to receive something.

STOP! Do not shop at this company. Terrible customer service (they take forever to get back to you)! Horrible quality clothes -- very cheaply made. I was told "if you must return the items" you pay shipping and a 40% charge for a handling fee! Since I will end up with close to "0" dollars back if I return the products, I am choosing to donate them rather than continue to deal with this company.

If you feel the need to throw your money away, go to the nearest trash can! It will be cheaper and easier than dealing with this company!

My order was here within the week and I ordered 3 medium bathing suits...all 3 fit awesome ...no problems at all with this order !! I was worried with all the bad reviews but all good here.

I ordered two dresses, one at the beginning of December and one just before Christmas. They didn't show up for weeks and their tracking was hard to find through. I logged a query on their website and was told one was held up in Chicago because of a storm. The other was on its way. I didn't get either of them until mid January

I ordered 3X for each one and when I tried them on, I couldn't get my arm through the sleeve. I measured the shoulder and upper back against clothes I have that fit and they were about 2 inches narrower. The have to be more like a one x.

They didn't ship an invoice. There were no return instructions. I tried to find out how to return them and got a runaround on their website. They wanted the dresses' measurements first, then they said they usually recommend people order a size larger than usual - but I don't know where they said that on the order site. Finally they offered a 20% discount if I don't return them so I'm taking that and donating the dresses to GoodWill. I'm also contact PayPal.

Don't be fooled by the pictures and the discounts. Look elsewhere for better quality and better customer service.

The order was never shipped although I paid for expedited shipping. After paying for the order, I tried to track it and after two weeks it was still in "processing". The website gave a phone number that just rings and rings, the "live chat" is an e-mail to send to the company. I have not heard back from them in 24 hours. These people are thieves! Do not order from them!!!!

I bought a coat and top which looked lovely on the website. The items took over six weeks to arrive. When they did arrive they looked quite different. Very poor quality and cheap looking. I wasted my money (over £100). Lulugal informed me that their clothing is inexpensive and that this is reflected in the quality. I don't think the clothes are inexpensive at all. I would never ever shop with them again. I would not advise anyone purchase from them.

Like the previous review I waited weeks to get a sweater. I wear size 14, L or XL. It was more like a small. Tried to contact them. email bounced back. Phone# never answered. I don't know why I didn't read reviews first. Will try to get money from paypal.

Waited seven weeks for an item that was meant to ship in 3-5 days. The item was tiny despite being XXL I couldn't get it over my head. Fortunately I purchased with Paypal and won my claim against them. Paypal did at first say I had to return the item with online tracking but this was going to cost more than 3 times the garment so in the end I got a refund. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM LULUGAL

Do not purchase from this company. They do not keep their promise on their return policy. You'll receive the runaround. I've had 6-7 email exchanges with vague, non-answers about how to return merchandise. The merchandise is very poor quality, badly made, ridiculously mis-sized. And impossible to return Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

DON'T ENCOURAGE THEM. THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN ANY ITEM. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
I TRIED E-MAILS, PHONE CALLS, CLAIM... GOT NO ANSWER.

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS IS POOR!

Don't buy from Lulugal! There is no way to communicate with them. All I wanted to do was return it but they don't send invoice, or any info you can refer to what so ever! When I tried to contact them through their site system, you must set it up by using pull down choices and then when you get to the last choice you HAVE to have an invoice number, which, of course YOU DON'T HAVE BECAUSE THEY NEVER SEND YOU AN INVOICE NUMBER or, for that matter, even on the shipping package there is no info to be able to get a hold of them. It says on their site you can return it within 30 days, but you must have an invoice number to do it. They also show you a phone number you can call but, either it doesn't work (didn't for me) or it's an international number!
I really feel like this is a scam! I'm telling friends not to use this company.

Item was advertised as "cotton blend", I should have known! Looks and feels like polyester and fabric information attached is in Chinese! No way to get a refund! They want your order number which I was not given. NEVER order from this company! They take nice pictures but clothing does not match!

Well, I should have read reviews before purchasing....Ordered an XL item, so small it would go on a child, no trying all options online to return with not a thing working, called a phone # that doesn't go through, rip off!!!!
Going to keep trying but I think the 30 day policy will expire. Cute itmes but VERY SHADY business. Buy American

But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u.. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. you will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. pls advise

Could not believe how poorly made my sweater was.

I read all the reviews after I ordered this two tone dress. I was scared, especially when it took about 6 weeks to get here. I was provided a tracking number and I check the package's progress every couple of days. When it arrived, I opened it and, except for needing a pressing, it was fantastic! Just like in the picture, well made and really, really cute. If you do not mind waiting for your order to arrive, I can't complain about the dress I received.

My item ordered is an XL what was shipped is an Med at best. They have not agreed to give a refund even though it was their error. They are scamming you and will not cooperate. I'm reporting them to my CC company and also to FB as a scam business.
