RUN DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUINTHESKY!! Complete scam. Fake address and phone number. They send you something that is completely different than what you ordered from Hong Kong. and then when you try to correct it they give you an option of taking a 30% refund or shipping back to Hong Kong at your own expense so either way you are out money.

Company shipped wrong item. Then would not refund my money. They stated that I had to pay to return garment and when received would only refund the dress. NOT THE SHIPPING PAID TO RECEIVE WRONG ITEM AND RETURN FREIGHT TO SHIP WRONG ITEM BACK.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Poor/ zero communication on processing the return and refund. Wish I saw all these reviews before buying from them.

This website is a SCAM!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. As all the other reviews, I ordered a dress for my daughter for HOCO. Ordered way in advance and it never arrived on time. When it did arrive it had no tags, the dress was see through and the best part IT WASNT EVEN THE DRESS! This was poor quality. The website states it is based out of LA, CA. However, when I requested to ship the dress back it asked I paid $182 to ship to Hong Kong!!!!!! I have been going back and forth for weeks via email because of course their fake phone number listed on the website doesn’t work. I have yet to receive any sort of refund!

The company sent the wrong items which happened to also be very low quality. When I asked for a prepaid label they would only offer for me to ship it back or for a partial refund. The phone number on the website is disconnected.

I only gave one star because there is no way to give zero stars. My teenage daughter prompted me to buy her a dress from this website. Big mistake to not read the reviews first! Totally different item arrived, no tag, no shipping list, nothing. Obviously they must just throw an item in a bag and call it a day.

Zero stars! Received my daughter's dress in the mail and it was in a SHEIN package and had a SHEIN label on the dress. While the dress looked similar to the dress we had ordered, it was obviously a dupe and was of terrible quality and didn't fit anything like it should. The package arrived from Jerry Yasfbara, Ranco Cucamonga, CA and did not have the company name anywhere nor did the address match the name on the company website. This is a complete scam. Buyer beware!

This website pictures a certain dress and then sends another. I actually ordered 2 dresses from the website and the dresses I received were not the ones I ordered. Also the dresses had no tags, which is a requirement for full refund. When I asked for full refund, they suggested I try the dresses they sent and they would give me 30% off. I have yet to receive a shipping label or instructions on how to send back. DO NOT order from this website!!! ZERO STARS

Total scam. We ordered a dress for an event 10 days away and paid an extra $20 to make sure it arrived in time. Not only did it arrive late (5 days after the event) but it wasn’t even the dress we ordered. No tags, sender has no company name, some random place in CA. Customer service refuses to refund me unless I send it to Hong Kong even though the website says returns should be sent to Los Angeles. I am out $89 for a cheap piece of junk dress that isn’t remotely like the photo. I have no idea who these scammers are.

The site is a scam. The phone number is for a number that is not in service. The business is in Hong Kong, not in Los Angeles. You cannot return anything because you have to send it internationally and then wait to see if they “approve” it.

This website is a scam!!! Do not order. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I lost my money. It took a month, and then they sent me the wrong dress.

Just as everyone else has said, I received the completely wrong items which took 2 weeks to arrive with "free express shipping." The company attempted to offer me a partial refund to keep the items, which I did not order or want. They only offered to provide a full refund if I paid to ship the items back myself to Hong Kong. Lol yeah right. I reported them to the BBB.

I ordered a dress on Sept. 21 and paid $20 for expedited shipping. The dress did not arrive until after my daughter’s dance around Oct. 8th clearly not expedited or even regular USPS and looks like a cheap awful dress. I tried to call to ask a question about the return since it claims you pay for shipping to mail back to an address in LA which is different than the Rancho Cucamonga address it mailed from but it says the number listed on their website is not in service. They claim to have a chat online but that also does not exist. It then claims as long as unworn with tags still on they will refund. The dress came without a tag so not sure what kind of scam that is either? Just don’t order from this website. If you get your item it will take forever, look cheap and can’t return.

I paid $61.74 for a dress titled 'Suede draped lace strap dress in Cream (color), size Small. Lulu in the sky shipped the wrong dress to me, which I received the week of September 22, 2025. On Sept 30,2025 I emailed Lulu in the Sky notifying them that they shipped the wrong dress and sent them a picture of the dress. It looks nothing like the dress I ordered and clearly was sent in error. Lulu in the Sky responded on 10/1/25 offering a 30% partial refund or I can pay to have the wrong dress shipped back to Hong Kong. I checked pricing to ship it back to Hong Kong. The cheapest option USPS would cost $48 and take 20-30 days to arrive. I again emailed the company and told them I was not going to pay for shipping a dress back to Hong Kong that I never ordered. I asked for either a full refund or a store credit or even an exchange for the correct dress since it was the company’s mistake that I received the wrong dress. Lulu In the Sky continues to refuse me either a refund or store credit. Their return policy on the website lists a return address in Los Angeles, but in reality they demand you ship the dress back to Hong Kong. For a mistake they made sending the wrong dress! This company targets teenage girls and uses deceptive practices to get orders, and then refuses to correct their own mistakes. Also I noticed they charged $0 tax on the receipt, which is illegal.

Buyer Beware! Montivon is the same as luluinthesky. I ordered from both places and the sent me the wrong dress and one dress was missing. They wanted me to ship it back to Mr. Go in China. It would cost me $30 to ship back and probably won’t get money back. Requested a refund because I didn’t even receive a dress and the wrong dress. I ended up disputing with Credit card. $92.37. Don’t buy or you will be scammed to.

I didn’t receive 4 of the 6 items I ordered and they have a bogus customer service number and no way to contact other than email.

Ordered a dress on September 28 for my daughter’s Homecoming, and it hasn’t arrived. Tried communicating with the company asking for a delivery tracking number but received only a form email saying that their products ship within 3 days, and I’d be notified. Ugh, I wish I had read these reviews before paying $65.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They sent me the wrong dress and after several corresponding emails refused to give a refund even though the website says that you may receive a refund within 30 days. The dress that they did send was nowhere close to what we ordered and a very low quality.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I ordered two dresses, the same dress just different sizes..
I received two different dresses both sizes large. These dresses were nothing comparable to the dress I ordered. The customer service is awful. I am disputing with my credit card company!! do not order.
