This is a scam. They sent the wrong dress, which I returned . And they refuse to refund.

FRAUD!!! Ordered a dress for my daughter’s senior pictures. Took 2+ weeks to arrive (from Hong Kong) and it was the wrong dress. We informed them and asked for a return. They offered to give us 30% back or a full refund - only WE would have to pay to ship it to Hong Kong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “STORE”!!!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! Website claims the business is in the US, when in fact, they're in Hong Kong. Ordered a $70 dress for my daughter on 8/29/25, received it on 9/7/25 only to discover they'd sent the WRONG dress. Her homecoming is 4 days away and we have NO dress. They are refusing a full refund as well, only offering 30% back, when THEY are the ones who made the mistake. I have already reported them to eConsumer.gov and I recommend others do the same in order to get this website taken DOWN for theft.

I ordered a dress for homecoming and a completely different one arrived in the mail; the only similarity was color. I only got a 30% refund even after reaching out to customer service.

STAY AWAY! I would give 0 stars if possible! They send wrong merchandise and then want you to pay to ship it back and “promise” to repay after they already misled you. Please don’t waste your money or time!

I wish I had double checked both the site and reviews before ordering my daughter a dress. She mistakenly thought we were ordering from a different -- reliable -- site with a similar name, and I didn't even think to question it. Big mistake. The order arrived quickly, which is about all the good I can say.
They sent the wrong dress. Customer service is a joke. As other reviews have said, it takes a full day for them to return an email. When they do respond, they continually ignore my issue of having been sent the wrong dress and only offer a refund. They claim they want to resolve the issue, but they want me to pay to send the incorrect dress back; claiming they will reimburse me. I requested multiple times for the correct dress to be sent to me, with a return label for the incorrect dress to be returned, and they will not help. I refuse to pay for their mistake, hope and wait for them to reimburse my shipping expenses, and then hope and wait for them to actually send the dress I ordered (which I am convinced they don't even have, that they stole the exact pic from another site).

Do not order from this site. Total scam

Luluinthesky is scam. They sent the wrong dress and refused to give a refund. The dress was cheap and looked nothing like the dress ordered. Customer service is awful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam. Wish I had read the reviews because I had the exact experience (dress arrived weeks late; not the same merchandise; asked to ship back to Hong Kong etc.) Terrible experience. Working with credit card company to get refund.

Do not order from this company. They ship from overseas. It takes two weeks to get an order. It's almost impossible to return anything. They try to bargain with you for a partial refund if you keep the item instead of returning. They sent me the wrong item, and now, I have to pay to ship the incorrect item back to Hong Kong if I want a refund. They say they'll reimburse me for the shipping cost and will refund the order when they receive it, but I don't believe it because it's been so difficult to deal with them. I still don't have the dress I ordered for an event and have asked multiple times for them to send the correct one, and they ignore that part of my email. Also, email is the only way to contact them. It takes 24 hours to get a response every time I reply or reach out to them.

DO NOT buy from this online store. They shipped the wrong dress and refused a 100% refund. They wanted me to ship it back to Hong Kong, even though their website has a Los Angeles address. They tried to give me a 30% refund and keep the dress and then nickel and dimed me when I tried to get a US address and 100% refund. This is still not resloved and I've filed a complaint with my credit card I used.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I was dumb and didn’t do a research and look at the reviews for the site. I thought I was good since there was a little lock sign But nope, it’s a SCAM! Wish I could put -100 stars. After a place in the order, I noticed I didn’t get a tracking within a few days and then when I went to the site to try to get in contact with them, their phone number on there is not a working number so there was sign number two then when I contacted them by email, they supposedly gave me a tracking, but then when you clicked on it it was not valid . I did receive the package, but like the reviews has said when I read them after I had purchased the dress saying they got a dress, but it was not the right dress a completely different dress and that’s exactly what I got. Today was a totally different dress and even had stuff missing. I would advise you do some research and check reviews before you purchase anything online, which is what I’m going to do from now on. They scam me out of 60 bucks. Hope they get the day they deserve!

Zero stars! I ordered a dress and was shipped something different. Phone is non-functional and no response to my email. I have disputed the credit card charge.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Wrong dress was sent after we were charged an international shipping fee from Cyprus. Top half of the dress was sewn inside out. Phone number on the website does not even work and you are forced to deal with the Chinese location. We were told a refund would be issued on Jan 23. There has been no response since then.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got sent not even close to the dress I ordered, and now won’t give me a refund for them messing up even when I sent the dress back. Will NEVER spend my money here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My daughter purchased a dress which did not fit so she had to return it (she paid for the return label herself as that was not covered). She made the return withing the listed return window following all their return instructions listed on their website. But the return package came back undeliverable because the address does not exist!! We called the company - but the phone number is not working!! Then we finally were able to contact them per email - but they are stating that to get any refunds we need to ship it to China!! That is NOT what their return instructions say - and on top of it they will not pay for the return label to China eventhough they caused this error and we already paid for the return label to the listed company return address!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR!!!!!!!!!

They had the shittiest customer service. Sent me the wrong item and would not refund me my money back. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

This company is trying to be Lucy in the Sky. (Address is even one digit away) They sent a dress that looked like it was made with cheap fabric and nylon cord, in someone’s garage. It did not match the dress on their site. Scam.
