I had an excellent experience with LumiMeds from start to finish. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, which made everything hassle-free.
What really stood out was their customer service, within 30 minutes of placing my order, a representative personally called to follow up. That level of attention is rare and definitely appreciated.
I was also able to quickly coordinate with the physician to get my prescription approved without any delays. From there, everything moved incredibly fast. My NAD+ order was processed, shipped, and I received a tracking number all within about 6 hours.
Overall, the service was fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend Lumimeds for anyone looking for a smooth and reliable experience.

I ordered it and it just sat there and nothing happened. I had to call and find out why it didn’t ship and somebody said it was cause they couldn’t see it on the back end but it sounds like somebody just didn’t do their job so I won’t be using them again

LumiMeds has been a great service for my Tirzepatide. They respond quickly to the messages I've sent in the patient portal, and Ive also had a great experience when I've called their customer service as they care to get things resolved. I have had 2 different pharmacies supply my Tirzepatide with no issues and appreciate the good pharmacies that they work with. Its not easy finding a online telehealth provider that communicates well and cares, so if I could give them 1000 stars, I would.
