I expect customer service to suck because it always does so i sent a semi-bitchy email asking where my order was followed by several ????? (apparently my husband had it after all) and I received a reply from a human within minutes promising to look into it etc. Refreshing! I apologized but they were great!!!

love the two year aged garlic product. I’ve been using it for just over 6 months and I plan to keep taking it.
I have found Lumine Organics to be prompt and efficient in processing and dispatching the orders.
One time I had a technical glitch when
making an order and the customer services team had it resolved within an hour.
I am impressed with the product and the team.

I am extremely impressed with all aspects of Lumineorganics. The website is very user friendly and orders arrive on time and well packaged. The customer care is outstanding - friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I bought my Berberine from Lumineorganics after buying some in the UK which was a complete waste of money.I had heard good things though and decided to try again so I bought from Lumineorganics and it was everything it said it was and a lot less than I paid for the ones from the other company. I will always buy from this company now and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was sceptical about ordering this mouthwash at first, but having read other reviews decided to give it a try. Delivery took a while but I really like the product. It leaves my whole mouth feeling clean & fresh, you can see what is removed when you spit out. I have noticed that my teeth are definitely brighter than before I started using this.

I ordered the Stain Whitening Mouthwash - Deep Clean Brightening Rinse, and I have to say it does make a difference to the whiteness of my teeth.

I used an entire bottle of Lumineorganics but it didn't work for me. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Love this mouthwash so much it tastes great and leaves my teeth sparkling. Will definitely be ordering more.

If it were possible to rate less than 1 star, that would be my choice.

Ordered the item over 4 months ago. No delivery. I have attempted to reach them via customer service and get a busy signal! Emails to customer service go unanswered.

Don't spend your money on this scam.

I like the product and will reorder but you have sent me 10 jars, so I need to use them before you send any more.
I could not find a convenient way to say hold off for a while on future orders.

Never received product and now I cannot get a response from their customer service.

I ordered this product and by mistake requested a monthly subscription. When I realized what I had done Iemailed the company and requested the subscription to be cancelled. It was answered immediately, and the subscription was cancelled. I appreciate the attention to customer service.

I just had to make some changes to my subscription, so I sent an email to customer service.

To my pleasant surprise, the email was answered within an email and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

It has made a difference. Not quickly or dramatically, but more of a difference than anything else I have tried. It did not feel or see any difference until about six weeks after i started taking the pills. The first two weeks I noticed no change. Then I switch to taking them after dinner. After this i started to notice some changes. I have changed how I eat, as I am no longer craving to eat anything. I look forward to completing three months and maybe another three months.
