I have used the magnesium complex for just over a year now. The dose is 2 a day, but I thought I knew better and just took one. Consequently I didn't feel any different and nearly stopped taking them. Then I read an article saying that people who take magnesium do not take enough. So I upped my dose to 2 as directed and I definitely have more energy. Unfortunately I still don't sleep that well, but the extra energy during the day is such a bonus.
Also when I reordered I accidently ticked the subscription box, which I did not want to do. I prefer to order when I'm ready. I emailed customer service and they came straight back saying that it had been cancelled.

I recently ordered this tooth whitening product, but accidentally selected “subscription”. Since I wanted to try Lumineorganics first, before subscribing, I emailed them and asked to cancel the subscription. I immediately got an email back saying my subscription would be cancelled. I have not gotten such quick and positive action from a company in a very long time. I look forward to receiving my order and trying this product. This is a very good company to do business with.

I’m now on my 3rd bottle, I can see a small difference with my crepey skin on my arms, I shall order another 3 months supply and hopefully will see more results, let’s remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day!

The quick response from lumine organic with cancelling my order was excellent Unfortunately the product I ordered did not do what it said for me there was no change in my weight or my blood sugars

After feeling pressured into a repeat order and a repeat payment being automatically taken I emailed Lumineroganics and said I only wanted to try a one off product. To be fair they responded very fast, apologised and stopped them automatic renewal. it seems like good service on the customer relations side. And if I like the product I will buy it again because of this.

Best costumer service! I had a problem with an order and sent an email. I got a response within the hour and my problem was resolved quickly and with no argument. This should be normal but surprisingly unlikely with most companies today.

I have tried multiple times to contact someone to send back an order I tried to cancel. I get no response. Definitely do NOT recommend!

Very helpful and very quick delivery

Never received my order. Nearly 2 months have passed. They say I did receive my order but cannot produce any evidence of it. I have checked with all my neighbors.
They initially wrote back and said they would check into it. Then they stopped. I have five unanswered emails. They ignore me. I have asked for a refund. No answer. Just lost $40.

I expect customer service to suck because it always does so i sent a semi-bitchy email asking where my order was followed by several ????? (apparently my husband had it after all) and I received a reply from a human within minutes promising to look into it etc. Refreshing! I apologized but they were great!!!

love the two year aged garlic product. I’ve been using it for just over 6 months and I plan to keep taking it.
I have found Lumine Organics to be prompt and efficient in processing and dispatching the orders.
One time I had a technical glitch when
making an order and the customer services team had it resolved within an hour.

I am extremely impressed with all aspects of Lumineorganics. The website is very user friendly and orders arrive on time and well packaged. The customer care is outstanding - friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I bought my Berberine from Lumineorganics after buying some in the UK which was a complete waste of money.I had heard good things though and decided to try again so I bought from Lumineorganics and it was everything it said it was and a lot less than I paid for the ones from the other company. I will always buy from this company now and cannot recommend them highly enough.
