Luminesce 

Two weeks into using the hair therapy brush and my scalp feels totally different. It’s so easy to use and actually relaxing, like a gentle head massage after work. My hair already feels a bit thicker near the roots. Way better than I expected for an at home tool.

Had a different brand and it quit on me. I bought the Luminence and it wasn't 2 months later the EMS stopped working and the heat option. I set in my drawer for a few months and took it out and charged it. Nothing but s slight hum. Another one in the trash. It's a shame you can no longer get a good product that will last anymore.

Don’t buy this. After one use it’s gone. Thought it was a battery but no, it’s just gone. What a scam!

I never received my order from Luminesce, nor did they refund my money back to me. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM LUMINESCE. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Used correctly for first time never use again. While using for marionette lines swept across upper jaw towards marionette wrinkles n got electric pain in tooth but not on tooth just on jawline n above.nerve pain like jolt of electricity.waste of money n dangerous

The device I received worked for approximately 2 or 3 days and then would not charge. I used the charging cord that came with the device and tried other cords and it still would not charge. Would not recommend this purchase.

In a nutshell, cheap Chinese imports and appalling customer service.
The device worked great at first. But stopped charging in less than 2months. I attempted to get a replacement only to be told I only have 30days for this. I was then ignored and believe my email has been blocked. They have misleading info on reviews on their website and I will be taking them to trading standards as UK law states an item unfit for purpose should be replaced or refunded. Not ignored because they cant be bothered. Avoid!!!

UPDATE FROM 10/2024: The vibration mode stopped working after 9 months, and I didn't abuse the device, or even use daily.

Luminesce "support" won't respond to either of my inquiries. If I would have known it would last less than a year, I would have purchased a cheap one on Amazon - in fact I could have bought TWO for the price of Luminesce!

Worst customer service!! I have sent several emails asking for help with my facial device not working properly and nobody has bother to reply.

My facial Sculptor stopped working after a few weeks and I have failed to get any feedback from the company despite trying various different avenues of contact

My name is midna wulf, I recently purchased your product,The color was too dark for me, my skin look kind of Orange, it felt very cakey, it's not at all what I expected. It's a shame cause I cannot use it and I have wasted the money to try it, lesson learned.

The company can improve by being more honest in their billing dept. Maybe your makeup is great but the majority most likely will never know becuz You say $.01 due today and 14 day free trial. lol Just a load of C! Just get yourself some Maybelline...Save Yourself the Hassle! 😔

I just realized I got scammed by this company. Unfortunately I ordered one of their most expensive items. A week after my order I got an email from them asking if I meant to order within U.S. because they seemed to mistakenly receive an order for European parts. I was thankful for the clarification and wrote back. After a few weeks I still haven’t received my shipment or any updates. I wrote them back with the email they sent me and guess what…the email is no longer valid and my email was rejected by the server. I can’t believe I just got scammed by this company and lost $400!

This company is a fraud. They claim to ship your product and as of 5/21/2025 we have not received the order placed on 4/30/2025. They cannot produce tracking information or do they care. NO Accountability.
Read all the fine print. They took the credit card payment no problem. I want a refund.

I purchased this online two weeks ago and on May 15 it was to be delivered and I have not got a reply and I don’t know where my package is and nobody has emailed back. I tried this other email that’s on the website and it says that the email doesn’t exist. Did I just get ripped off?

Product only worked for a short while and, after brief communication was had with a rep from their customer service team, contact was lost and our issues raised were never followed up. Spoke initially to a person named Joanne who was helpful at first but then went quiet and out of contact when we asked for either a refund or replacement of the original product that was bought. I would advise anybody interested not to engage with this company or buy anything from them

AaaMAZZZING...I started noticing results almost immediately (with 5 days)! Definitely worth the price point and the 2 week wait.

BEWARE!!! AVOID!!! this company. I've had to cancel my credit card. They made unauthorised transactions trying to claim I signed up for an auto renewal which I unclicked at the time of a purchase. They will not allow your order to complete unless you authorise for them to save your credit card details. They say return the product but refuse to advise the return address as per their online policy. They do this hoping people will go over 30 day return policy. They don't engage. Very dodgy operation. Products don't work and are crap. Would imagine good reviews are fake. The website is not working within 1 day of me lodging a detailed pattern of events of there operation.

My product did not arrive yet, it's been over 15 days that I ordered it. I tried reaching out to the customer support and they never got back to me. My card has also been charged but I still don't have the product. Veru very disappointing
Do not trust their ads, they are not genuine.
