Product exceeded expectations. The watch looks great, is ruggedly built, very accurate and the hands brightly glow in dim to dark lighting which makes them easy to read.

Great watch that excels in what I personally need a watch for.

I placed an order with Luminox USA for a Navy Seal 3258 and it was out of stock. I was requested to enter my email address and I would notified when the watch was back in stock.
On the 14 of June I was notified thru email that the watch was available to order. I placed the order that day and received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase. On the 18th of June the funds were deducted from my account and hours later I received another email from Luminox USA stating my order had been canceled due to lack of stock. I called customer service to complain and the agent was extremely evasive, wouldn’t answer my questions as to why the funds were removed from my account even though the watch was out of stock.and would only tell his name was Bobby.
He said there was no one else complain to and that if l called back he would be the only person answering. I would love to have the watch but won’t be buying it from this company.

This review is for the Luminox Navy Seal #3503. I've had it 9 days and just love it. I have a number of other watches but I've been wearing this since I got it--can't take it off. Extremely comfortable, along with being waterproof and shock-proof, make it ideal. And unlike the automatic watches, which lose or gain about a minute a week, even in the best of circumstances, this quartz watch is dead-on accurate from when I set it 9 days ago. The only complaint is that the second hand doesn't always line up with the minute markers, as it makes it's way around the dial. I highly recommend this watch.

The watch is close to perfect for me otherthan the second hand landing between the white lines other than on them

This is my second Luminox watch. The first one I purchased I wear all day everyday. They are great looking watches and durable as can be. I particularly enjoy my second purchase the Navy Seal Patriot limited edition. The red, white and blue wristband is very eye catching. I like it so much that I purchased an additional Patriot for my son for father's day - he is a former Marine.

What is not to like...Swiss made, tritium illumination. Super fast shipping. Awesome discount for Military and 1st Responders. It’s the ACOG of watches.

Too big and bulky

I love the watch.i plan on ordering a Atacama 1902 in the next few weeks.i have 4 of your watches now. The others I purchased at Haltom's Jwelery in fort worth they are real nice people. They didn't have this recon watch in stock or the 1902 I'm going to buy next .I didn't give 5 star because their was a 1 day delay on getting it the next day for some reason even though I paid for next day other than that all is good
