Almost Perfect, but time will tell. It does everything as advertised. I have not tested the water proof rating yet. But soon will later this season when I go diving in Thailand. The reason I only gave it 4 stars, is that I needed the luminosity to be brighter than it is. It has to be really dark for those tubes to be visible. My other dive watches are far brighter and more visible.

Great experience! Just would recommend the option to upgrade canvas band to rubber.

Long time owner of Luminox watches (2). Most happy with nighttime visibility of dial. Tough case and band as I experience daily assaults on the integrity of the units.

I was sent a product someone previously used and damaged. The literature had some gunk on it and the product unwrapped. The tag looked like it was well worn. The product could not change time and date. The second product came exactly as expected. I was never sent a tracking notification until the day it was due to arrive.

The return process was started on July 6th, they responded on the 9th (sent Friday and responded Monday) and an RMA was not sent until July 13th. I sent the info they required three separate times after they requested the information needed for the RMA several times. After product was returned, a refund was quickly issued.

My experience may have been uniquely poor but I will certainly be hesitant buying directly from the Luminox site in the future.

Prompt shipment. Great product. This is the second watch I've ordered and have been pleased both times.

I am very happy with my Luminox watch. The quality appears to be very good and it came at a reasonable price.

Received an almost $700 watch with a band clip that was put on backwards so you couldn't fasten the band at all. Not what I would expect from a higher end brand.

The watch is absolutely awesome and Luminox did everything they represented they would do and on time. I love the watch and would endorse Luminox to any potential buyer looking for an awesome timepiece.
