Glasses inside are awkward but the lights work good. Strange to turn on.

I had a defective mask that wouldn’t keep a charge and customer service handled it properly and shipped another out immediately.

Kind. Courteous. Prompt resolution. I can’t wait to try the mask. I’ll update the review once I’m able to try it for a few weeks! 😊

The directions are lacking information. No information about how often to use the optional lights.

I got this product for Christmas and I've been using it everyday for 10 minutes It has made quite a difference on my skin. people have asked what I've been using. I recommended it. they also offered a great discount promotion sale.

I bought the Lumi Visage to help with hormonal acne and wearing it every day for about 10 minutes has improved not only my acne but the texture and overall brightness in my skin. I am so glad I took the plunge and have this red light device in my beauty toolbox

The multiple light settings really interested me in the Lumi Visage mask over any other mask. Since I have hormonal acne and am not getting any younger, I can treat both one right after another. I have noticed the difference in my skin! It also helped with sunburns in the summer. Since it treats acne and is FDA-cleared, you can purchase this with your FSA/HSA!!! Bonus points for looking like the pink Power Ranger.

A must have..Lumivisage has helped my face reduce the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes especially. I like how easy it is to use and the different light options. It's an affordable price with great results

I love my Lumi Visage led mask. I've been using it almost 2 months with improved skin texture, tone, and my sun spots are fading! Excellent product and so easy to use. It's like having a spa treatment at home.

I can’t tell you how excited I was when I found an LED Light Mask that *actually* has GOOD eye protection! Every other light mask I have tried (and I've tried SO MANY) had blinded my eyes so badly that I couldn't even wear it, even with my eyes closed. This one has the best eye protection and doesn't blind you -- it's really comfortable and I'm pretty sensitive. :) I’ve been using the LumiVisage for a few weeks now and my 3-week comparison photos just blow my mind. Brighter skin and so much less redness, especially around my nose. That area has been so stubborn for me and nothing EVER helped! Just mindblown. 🤯

I’ve been using mostly the red light mode to get these results and just started using the yellow light mode as well, but it has LOTS of modes to choose from so you can tailor it to what your skin needs in that moment. 🙌🏻

I tried the LumiVisage LED mask for my wrinkles and sunspots. Wow, what a difference a month makes. My skin has improved drastically, including wrinkles, sagging, sunspots and texture. I look so much brighter.

I've been using the Lumivisage for about a month now and I'm pleasantly surprised on how clear my skin looks even though I only use it a few times a week. I've also noticed that breakouts don't last as long and seem to heal faster. And I love that I can wear the mask and walk around without having to plug it in. Overall, I would recommend this product!

Fantastic product! I have been using it for about a month and the results speak for themselves. My redness and wrinkles have drastically decreased. I was skeptical at first but this product has delivered!

I'm 51, and while I don't mind having fine lines and wrinkles I don't love having my jawline start to droop. I've used LumiVisage for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a discernable difference in my jaw line as well as a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. But I think the thing I'm most excited about is the improvement in the texture of my skin. And I LOVE that this red light facemask comes with built in eye protection.

This product worked amazing. Initially it pulled acne out that I did not know I had. After sticking with it I was able to clear my skin from the root of the problem. I highly recommend this product to others. Amazing.

So far I really do notice a difference in the color/texture of my skin! I mainly got this to help with acne (I've tried ever product, diet, and vitamins imaginable to try and help with my acne but nothing would really help). Though this was a bit more expensive than I liked I figured I've likely spent thousands on other skincare products combined so why not give this a shot. So far, so good! I do 10 mins of red light in the morning after washing my face and 10 minutes of blue light at night after washing my face (sometimes 20 mins on Saturday/Sunday when I have extra time). It's a nice time to just relax and meditate. Will keep using and see how things progress.

I suffer from really bad rosacea. Over the years it started to get significantly to the point I became very self conscious. It even became so incredibly dry that I spent so much money on all sorts of creams and spent hundreds of dollars just to try to hydrate it and help with the itching. I stumbled upon this face mask and said why not try something new. I have nothing else to lose. I honestly didn’t expect anything to happen since I’ve spent so much on my skin. But OH MY GOD. It is a huge life savor. Not only did my blood vessels disappear from the surface. Major of my redness has calmed down. It just looks I have blush now. But also my pores shrunk! I use to have huge pores!! I didn’t expect that to happened and even better yet. My skin became soft and hydrated!!! I can’t be more grateful and happy with this mask! It’s changed my life and I’m so grateful for it!!

Really nice mask, comfy on the face. The built in protective glasses are a nice touch. Really like that there’s multiple color settings, it’s hard to find that at this price point. I’ve only used it a couple times so far, so TBD on results but it’s a good user experience so far.
