Pretty Good Mask!
The instructions are comprehensive, and the face mask even has verbal instructions, which is a convenient feature. It has a countdown, so you know how many minutes are left. I find the red light to be the most effective for my skin. The blue light works well for breakouts, but the red light helps with an even skin tone and wrinkles. I have yet to try the other colors, but I will. I'm sure they are just as great.
