The return policy is horrendous. I had a moment of trust and weakness and ordered one of their lazer hair removers. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. It took 2 weeks to get here. I had to open it to read the instructions, which said that it probably wouldn’t work in my color skin and hair. That would have been good to know before I purchased it and the warranty for over $200. If you choose to return it, it can’t be open. Plus, you have to pay for return shipping. One big scam. Read all the fine print and then DON’T order it anyway. Never again.

This company went above and beyond to fix a a shipping mistake that was my fault. They were very communicative and helpful!

a correction needed to be made on my delivery address, it was done almost instantly. great service!!!!

I thought 1 of the 3 I purchased was not working I emailed the company quick response. But with a little investigation I resolved the problem myself .The switch was in off position.So they are all working as they should..

I received my water flosser, earlier than I was told I would get it; and in addition, I had emailed the company,and received a prompt response.

showed up not working and is extremely janky plastic. I had purchased a second bulb and 2 of the clips for the surround broke when when I removed it to test if it was a bulb or ballast issue. The second bulb wasn't working either. Just messaged to get my money back and I will update as it progresses. I thought they had got good reviews which is why i went with them over cheaper competitors. but that is clearly not the case on trustpilot.

Update: sent them a video of product not working and they have now issued a refund. Disappointing that it didnt work but they handled it well.

My problem was dealt with with swift and courteous response by CJ the agent who replied to my email. I have never before been treated with such courtesy and concern with my satisfaction. CJ is a true professional.

There was an online address (not Lumivyx) problem, that led to being shipped a 2nd product. I offered of course to return it, but was gifted it instead. A very kind thing to do. I’ll be passing the product forward and singing Lumivyx’s praises! Thx Lumivyx !

This product does not work! I bought 2 the first one I tried stopped working after half a leg, and the second one no matter what level it's at it's painful, and very hot! To return these you have to use your own money, and then they might give you a refund! This company is a scam and a waste of money! Not even worth the try!

Angel was very professional, quickly addressing and resolving my issue.

I bought from this company because many articles came up saying that this companies UV light was the "best" portable light to kill germs.
It said it was 100% guarentee, 30 day full refund yada....

As soon as I purchased it, I had regrets. The same day I tried to decrease my order or cancel it before it shipped because I received emails saying it was going to be delayed.

As soon as you try to change your order, the scamming emails shows up.

"You will lose money if you change you quantity and will pay same price..." etc

I tried to cancel and I got an email that I would still pay full price for canceling.

So I decided to see what arrived...

A week later, more emails that my products were delayed.

I researched reviews at that point and saw this site has only on or two stars.

Trying to turn them in to my credit card company now as a scam site and get my money back.

I used it every third day for two months. Had zero impact on hair loss. I did not need to clean the laser since it had no hair particles. Maybe there is something wrong with the laser hair removal product. I do not recommend this product.

Warning you cannot trust this company! I placed an order 2 days go by no response, so I emailed asking for a response they finally emailed back saying because of high volume orders mine wouldn’t ship till end of the month. So I emailed back saying I wanted to cancel that I’m going a different direction only to get another email stating oh it’s our fault we were able to fill your order before we ran out of stock. I emailed back saying not a good business practice I’m going somewhere else with my business. So they emailed back saying a shipping label had been generated too late to cancel. Well 3 days went by I kept checking to see if ever actually shipped not. I took the tracking # was able to see was not even in the country. These people are scammers I highly recommend never do business with this company, they lied to me regarding the order!!!

Inferior uv lamps were shipped. It also took a month to receive them. Supposed to last 8,000 hours each. Both quit working after 15 hours usage.
Total scam.
Now, I can't get in contact with the company to register a complaint and try to get my $230 back. Says the site is not accessible.

This product killed many bed bugs but not all. Finally contacted a professional pest control company and paid thousands to get rid of all the bugs.

Placed order August 6th..they pretend to be working on order
and even blame USPS for not shipping...Lumivyx is such a scam ! You cannot talk with anyone and no one gets back in touch with you. They simply take your money, do not send what you order and ignore you!!
Such a scam!!!!!!

Well after I read all negative reviews I went to trusted consumer reviews and lumivyx is in #1 spot and the reviews over there are completely different from here, so who's lying? I'm about to get 5 of them

I PURCHASED A ULTRA VIOLET 100W STAINLESS STEEL LIGHT FOR $179. I DID NOT RECIEVE WHAT I.ORDERED INSTEAD THEY SHIPPED A ULTA VIOLET 35W PLASTIC LIGHT MUCH INFERIOR TO WHAT I ORDERED AND MUCH CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID FOR HIGHLY UNSATISFIED BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 products. One was an at-home laser device (priced at around $200); it was of poor quality for its price, not to mention that I found it online on SHEIN and at Walmart for $30, just under a different name. The exact same product!! Their advertising is very deceptive, even going as far as to include “professional reviews.” Lumivyx pays for their false reviews on sites like Trusted Consumer Reviews. The second product was an ultrasonic denture cleaner that Lumivyx claimed to arrive at a specific date/time when it never did, even USPS denied it. They also DO NOT give full refunds and force you to keep your ordered products!!! The audacity this company has…
