What a piece of crap. It’s nothing like in the ad. It doesn’t even keep its form. It comes in vacuum plastic seal and after unpack it just looks a wet wrinkly noodle.

I received mine early August and was excited to try it. My unit has a faulty connection and will not stay on. The pin on the cord came off after 1 use. I bought a new connection but it still has to be held in a certain position to do the 7 minutes. I am very disappointed

Customer service was awesome when I didn't get notification of delivery, they helped! I tried out the product yesterday as I have lower back & neck issues. This is the best of the best that I have tried. I highly recommend and I don't say that lightly. Well worth the money folks!

Do not shop with this company never respond to my request for refund I mailed it back myself and now they refuse the package horrible service and merchandise never again don’t buy from them the quality is no good

I found the answer to my back woes. It's a huge relief to create space between my spinal vertebras, with the vibration massage, and air pressure traction, alongside the heat - it's provided a great reprieve from the back pain I feel daily. Thankful to have found Lumbartrax!!

I got Lumbartrax because my sciatica can be debilitating and I needed to find something that helped. It loosens up my lower back and stops the pinch letting me get on with my life.

Lumbartrax is a great product! Love using it after a hard day of handyman work (especially when I've been bending a lot). Highly recommend it. My wife was especially excited about the red light therapy. That is usually expensive, so this product is a steal.

I’ve been a full time massage therapist for over 20years and I have to honestly say the “Lumbar Massager” by Lumora is a total game changer! It’s fully customizable! You can adjust the amount of traction, it has heat and it vibrates. I use it for only 15 min and afterwards my lower back feels AMAZING! I highly recommend it! Would also make for a great gift for anyone who suffers from low back pain.
