Hi my not important customer,
Hi,
What's wrong? I ordered (and pay) 3 weeks back.
I have to change delivery address, because of this 3 week. You accept. Nothing happend - wrong delivery.
I lost a money and we have nothing in our hands till now.
Use people instead of automat and output will be proper email communication (or call) instead of question about "my experience" in this situation.
Is it clear now?
What about first make a delivery???

Part of order was not delivered
Part of order was not delivered as DHL returned parcel without contactinh me, although GLS delivered the rest of order with no issues.
Svetla24.cz didnt bother to contact me and solve this issue on their own, even afer contacting the helpdesk and promised new delivery, the package is nowhere and DHL not responding.
