The dining we ordered looks great. There was a chip in the top which was prolly caused while transporting. I called the store and they sent their guy to fix it asap.

*Update, I did finally get my refund but only after they tried to push yet another set on me, again, that I didn't want, knowing I simply wanted a refund. I again had to insist on my refund. I did check spam and junk and no emails EVER came. When it wasn't in stock and I said refund all the same day, it should have been handled the same day. They could have cancelled the transaction. I upped our star rating from 1 to 4 because I feel like they shouldn't have been selling something they don't have, can't get, and the refund process took well over a week of back and forth while I'm needing furniture and my money back. It delayed me. I did get my refund but not without nagging me to buy something else. I was going to leave a 3 but when they responded they were at least nice and I did ultimately get my refund. Just be aware things are not all sunshine and roses. original post- I will absolutely change this when I get a refund. I don't know why it has to come this to do the right thing but here we are. My next step is calling police. I verified on Trustpilot they had good ratings. I bought an advertised living room set and paid in full. Hours later Ryan contacted me through text saying it was unavailable and could not be fulfilled but I could pick something else. I did not want anything else so I said please cancel and refund my money. It went silent. Hours later I tried to call where I got nothing but on hold until after 15 minutes of waiting I left a message. 2 days later no follow up to that call or message. Ryan sent a message some point that I would get a confirmation of the cancellation yet 2 days later no confirmation of the cancellation. My order is now deleted from their system but they still are holding my money. I have sent 3 emails all of which have gone unresponded to as well. They are still holding my money for furniture they can't fulfill. I don't know why. I need to buy something ELSE from SOMEONE ELSE because they have no other selections I want right now. I need something sooner than later and every day they hold my money for no valid reason at this point puts me off later and later. I had hoped to have good experiences like others but they just had to hold money eternally. I don't care if it is one day (it's not) when I said to cancel because YOU COULDN'T fulfill it then simply refund it then we could have saved a poor review.

I like the furniture I chose
I like the furniture I chose. I had a minor defect on one of the coffee tables , but I was able to repair myself. However everything worked well. Getting a hold of customer service was a little difficult, but they answered. The only thing I think this place needs to improve is just answering the phones better and remove the recording that they are very busy with customers. Answer the phones! Your customer are very important for your business
