Under all criticism!

Under all criticism!! They ask for an explanation, receipts in the case but still my money is being held sense 27 MARS almost for a month, they tell me that as an account holder who needs to pay their bills etc. they can suddenly get rid of the only small amount they had and is the bank supposed to be allowed to steal from others?

This is a warning, unserious bank!!!!

This is a warning about this very unserious bank. Even after cancelling some service, they continued charging me and blamed it on their AI system.

What’s even more concerning is that they were unable to refund even a very small amount of money. That level of incompetence is unacceptable for a financial institution.

Extremely poor experience. I do not trust this bank and strongly recommend choosing another one.

Sepa transfers disappearing, customer service taking 4-5 days to get back to you regarding simple stuff.

Great overall

Great overall. Nordea, Swedbank etc should be ashamed to charge so many fees when lunar is superior and faster in every single way WHILE being super fair with basically zero fees or significant upcharges. Its just better.
