I am very disappointed with Lunar

I am very disappointed with Lunar. A handling time of 5–10 business days for customer support cases is completely unacceptable in 2026. This really highlights the difference between choosing a small niche bank versus a larger, established bank with proper resources and customer service.

When it comes to banking and financial matters, customers expect fast responses and reliability — not having to wait over a week just to get assistance. Unfortunately, Lunar does not feel built for customers who need professional and dependable service.

I cannot recommend this bank.

Rejected my application without reason…

Rejected my application without reason or explanation given, after I replied to their email with six KYC questions. I guess I'll have to stick to SEB as my preferred business bank.

Great support

Markus from Lunar was diligent and answered all of the questions I had promptly and accurately. I especially appreciate the swiftness of the entire process with Lunar compared to "the big four banks" in Sweden, which would've taken me much longer to get done.

Under all criticism!

Under all criticism!! They ask for an explanation, receipts in the case but still my money is being held sense 27 MARS almost for a month, they tell me that as an account holder who needs to pay their bills etc. they can suddenly get rid of the only small amount they had and is the bank supposed to be allowed to steal from others?

Sepa transfers disappearing. Scam level neo bank.

Sepa transfers disappearing, customer service taking 4-5 days to get back to you regarding simple stuff.

Completely useless bank to use for a corporate account. Better use soemthing much more safe. Scam level on this one.
