Lunarcat was extremely easy to deal with. They are lightning fast with communication. My package had experienced a customs clearance delay, and before I had even contacted them they had opened a ticket with FedEx and reassured me that my items should not have flagged, and that they would take care of everything (shout-out and great thanks to Kei for their help!) I have used other reshippers in the past, and they were by far my best experience so far.

I am very satisfied with the experience I had ordering through Lunarcat! The website was very easy to use and navigate and I had no issues at all placing orders. Each of my orders was purchased within an hour of my request and sometimes within minutes of sending payment! Once all my items arrived it was easy to request everything be consolidated and shipped out. I was very impressed with how well everything was packaged. I ordered a number of paper goods and nothing was damaged or even bent upon arrival. I will absolutely be using their service in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
