Lunarcat Company Reviews

The service was really fast and high quality, and the price was great too. The seller kept me informed throughout the whole process, shared the tracking number, and the communication was absolutely perfect. A very smooth and positive experience from start to finish – highly recommend!

I had a great experience using Lunarcat, especially with Mercari bid items. I found a figure I wanted, and it wasn't available anywhere else besides the bidding section on Mercari, which Lunarcat helped me purchase.

They communicated their fees well and took photos of the item I ordered to make sure it was acceptable. It was then shipped and arrived in good time too. I appreciate their help with my proxy needs

LunarCat has been my go-to proxy for all Japanese goods. I’m a doll collector located in the US, with most of my collection coming from Japan, and one of the issues I’ve run into over the years is that local artists tend to only sell within a certain radius of their prefecture. I’ve used multiple proxy websites, which are decent, but none comes close to the responsiveness and personal touch of LunarCat. Communication is always fantastic, the website is easy to use, and they are one of the only proxys able to handle Mercari bids. I’ve bought many high-price items through LunarCat and everything is ordered and shipped quickly, with excellent package padding/ protection. It can be nerve-racking to use a new buying service, but I can confidently say you’re in good hands using LunarCat. Easy website navigation, there’s a record of all your orders, and you can pay with PayPal. 10/10

Perfect, would 100% recommend !

Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Pretty flexible guy!
Was willing to help with my *cough* I think rather complicated demands.

Thanks again for the service! Looking forward to my next purchases as well.

Lovely seller! Packaged my goods safely, shipped them very quick, and was very friendly! Had very reasonable prices, too. I will absolutely use their service again!

Absolutely amazing! Lunarcat was quick to respond and purchase on my behalf. My items were promptly shipped and everything was transparent from the fees to shipping dates/options.

I reached out with a unique request that no other proxy shippers would assist with - shipping house plants. Lunar Cat was eager and willing to help me along with this process. They were very prompt with their responses and kept me informed along the way. While I don't know whether the contents of the package will arrive in the USA in good condition, which is no fault of the shipper at all due to the house plants being fragile - the entire experience was great. I would highly recommend reaching out to Lunar Cat for any of your shipping needs! I will continue using this agency again in the future for my other shipping needs!

lunarcat was very helpful and responsive, they helped me ask the seller various questions and the whole process was quick and easy. delivery was quick and package came in good condition would use them for purchases again thank you

I was looking for in-person shopping options in Japan when I came across Lunarcat on Reddit, despite this being my first time ever using an in-person shopper I decided to trust them. My request was last minute, but Lunarcat agreed to help me with it and made it happen very quickly! They communicated with me through the entire process and were very flexible with payment and shipped my item quickly. Their fees are reasonable and transparent from the beginning. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who might need it!

Big thanks for the help with my Japan Yahoo Auction purchase! Gave me solid advice throughout the process, kept me updated every step of the way, and was super responsive to all my questions. Really appreciated the clear communication and support, made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with them!

I was a little skeptical at first to use a newly founded proxy service, but I'm glad I did! They're upfront with their fees, so you wouldn't be surprised with undisclosed fees. Very friendly and communicative, they keep you updated throughout the whole procedure. Will definitely go to them again for future purchases!

Lunarcat was extremely helpful in the proxy purchase, guiding me through the whole process. The fact that they did the proxy purchase in person so quickly was another added bonus!

Super flexible with special requests, and always accomodating to changes. Trustworthy and a totally transparent fee system. Quick communication around the clock too. Highly recommended!

I reached out to Lunarcat for one of my parcels stuck in japan, I didnt have anyone to ship it out, they were very kind and accommodating especially considering how hard it was to communicate with the other party that was holding the parcel. The whole process was a breeze and i was updated at every step. Would definitely recommend them for their services

Lunar cat was so helpful and friendly, trying their best to help me get the item i wanted. I reccomend this proxy service.

I put out a Reddit ad for a unique purchase at an in-person event that I couldn’t make it to personally. I had already requested the services of another proxy shopper, but the item required some extra handling because it was a substantial weight (11kg/24lbs), and I knew it would be a hassle lugging the packaged box around, so I decided to hire out a single shopper for just the one item.

LunarCat reached out to me within a day, and despite my item falling within a custom order as per their site designations, was able to quickly outline expected travel and misc expenses (ticket prices, etc.) Payment was quick and easy via Wise, and we were all set.

As it turned out, my original shopper was able to work out accommodations for the item, so I wound up not needing LunarCat’s help in the end. But they were extremely prompt in refunding me when I informed them I no longer needed their services, and were overall very pleasant and easy to work with.

Lunar Cat was reasuring, professional and just had really great customer service. They made the process easy to understand as I'd never used a personal shopper before. They explained the cost upfront and there were no hidden fees or surprises.
Lunar Cat kept me updated, sent me photos and when they had my items they shipped them quickly and well packaged. I got my items in perfect condition and will certainly be using this service again.
