Have just finished week 4 & if I’m brutally honest there’s been very little change for me. Sleep pattern is still horrendous, waking a minimum of 3 times a night although I do seem to drift back off quicker just lately. Energy levels are still flagging and the real bugbear, absolutely no change on the scales 😩
I did purchase a 3 month supply and as such will continue but do feel very disappointed at this moment in time…

I’m just going into my third week of using this product and it’s definitely starting to show. My sleeping pattern has greatly improved and I have more energy in the day, the bloating doesn’t feel quite so bad and I’m excited to see if that continues to improve and also weight loss too
My skins is also brighter and firmer too

Blown away - I've been taking Lunera since before Christmas and it does make me feel better; I feel more in control and 'centred' within myself and also calmer. I had over-ordered and cancelled my subscription yesterday. This morning I received a phone call from 1 of the 2 founders of Lunera - there was no pressure, no sales patter, he genuinely wanted to know how my experience had gone and if there was anything that could be improved. I explained my situation and that I would be ordering more in the future. Couldn't have been a nicer phone call and I'm really, really impressed by their customer service and commitment to customers!

Noticed an improvement in my sleeping habits within a few days. Had to email regarding a lost/delayed delivery and the customer service was second to none. Prompt, friendly responses. All in all a great experience from start to finish.

I was very sceptical about this product thinking it was just an instagram gimmick. But only after a week I’ve noticed I’m sleeping so much better and my night sweats have reduced considerably! Even if that’s the only thing It helps with I’m grateful. Looking forward to seeing what the next few weeks might bring.

Well, 1 month in and 6lb off! I'm actually amazed as I have a constant battle to lose - and keep off - even a couple of pounds. As I'm only 4ft 11, every pound counts! I'm 60 and hit menopause very late, so only just post-menopausal. I started taking Lunera at the beginning of January and along with the weight loss, it seems to have helped curb the snack cravings I always used to get mid-afternoon and I'm sleeping a lot better too, with no night sweats. I'll carry on taking Lunera as I'm hoping to lose another 9-10lb to get back to my fighting weight!

I can’t thank you enough for producing these supplement's. I hit a brick wall with the NHS along time ago. I’ve been struggling with my hormones since I had my youngest son 23 yrs ago! As I was only in my 30s they didn’t take me seriously. You know your own body but according to medical text books I didn’t fit in to that category. I’m now 57 still struggling until I came across this magic supplement that’s really helping me. Believe me when I say I just kept hitting a brick wall. I tried HRT had to stop didn’t agree with me kept giving me serious leg pain so they stopped it. I then had a blood clot which put me in to cardiac arrest. So now I can’t take anything that gives an oestrogen effect. So I was left alone 4 yrs ago to deal with this on my own. Every time I seemed to find something herbal doctors wouldn’t give the go ahead because I’m on meds for my heart. I even saw a Gynaecologist who was a man. The most arrogant man I’ve ever come across he basically said because I have some weight on me it’s down to that as that won’t be helping? Then asked if I drove I said at the moment no as ide just had a procedure. His reply was well at least your not driving to Mc Donald’s or Kentucky. I literally sat there and was verbally abused and I let him do it. Believe me if he tried today he wouldn’t get away with it. So this supplement has worked wonders for me it has stopped my hot flushes. Helped my thoughts, keeps me calm, helped my hair and skin and I’m loosing weight on it too. I’m only half way through my second box. So really if your wondering if it works or deciding to try it. Just go for it you really won’t be disappointed. It’s changed my life for the better. So Thankyou guys for doing this for your mums. The rest of us women who struggle I can’t thank you enough for giving me my life back to find who I am again not just a shell of myself. I have been taking the Hormone Balance for 10 weeks now.

Whilst I am not 100%, I do feel better! I have no brain fog whatsoever, the hot flushes that had returned in the summer have disappeared and I feel energetic. I have started working out twice a week at an exclusive ladies gym, where women like me, go to train with the support of a trainer. It has made me feel so much better in myself, just wish my weight would shift 🤔.
I have raved about your product to so many people, me is back in control! I am even going in my first girly spa weekend abroad next month!

So I put a review on here five days ago saying I wanted to cancel my subscription and claim the money back guarantee as my emails were going unanswered
You responded straight away probably to make yourself look more reputable you asked me to email you with my order number and said you would deal with this email
I have done and I have still had no response
It’s a lot of money to buy into your product and I only did so knowing I had some guarantee
In this time where most people are struggling to get by I would say to anybody to avoid this company if the product does not work for you despite the guarantee there seems to be little or no customer care

Started to take these 2 weeks ago in the morning first thing. I have noticed that after the first week my sleep has improved and my energy levels. I am definitely get uninterrupted sleep for the first time in months. My hot flushes have reduced to almost none.

Wasn't for me.
After taking for nearly 2 weeks I came out in a red rash, looked and felt like sunburn and so damn itchy, still suffering now after 1 week.
Doctor advised me to stop taking them.
It also made me very poorly.
I also found that they made me gain weight.
It obviously wasn't good for my body but from all the reviews I read it appears it works for everyone else.
I emailed customer service and asked for a refund, they informed me to where to send all unopened bottles to and a refund will be issued.

I already feel less bloated and am no longer snacking for the sake of snacking.

Where do I start? I've been struggling with menopausal symptoms since 2022 (mood swings, lethargy, hot flushes etc) but I never struggled with my weight I always seemed to be able to keep on top of any weight gain by walking and cutting out snacks and alcohol. It was suggested to me as I cannot take hrt that joining the gym would help with my mood and general well being. I joined the gym and for a while all was good, I was happier in myself and I thought this was my answer, but over time, my enthusiasm began to wane.
By the time 2025 came around the the gym visits had become less. It was no longer making me happy. I still continued to walk everyday and to tried to watch my diet but I'd be constantly hungry so I'd snack throughout the day, my mood was at an all time low, I was always tired, my joints ached and my body was changing and nothing I did seemed to help. I've always prided myself on not having much of a tummy but now I had a substantial tummy which seemed to hang like an apron. I'd look in the mirror and I didn't recognise myself, my face as well as my arms, tummy, thighs and bum had all gained weight, this depressed me even more. I scoured the internet for that magic fix that would take it away but the few I tried that promised everything gave me nothing. I got even more disheartened when I saw all over the internet that friends and complete strangers were losing huge amounts of weight using the jabs but due to medical reasons I could not use them.
I honestly thought this body that I was now living in was going to be the body I had for the rest of my life and that the constant aches and low mood was just something I was going to have to live with. Until one day I was scrolling on Facebook and saw an advertisement for Lunera. Now as a lot of you reading this review will be sceptical, so was I, but I honestly thought what had I got to lose?
Within the first few days of Lunera my mood had begun to lift, my appetite to snack had subsided, I began to feel better in myself and I've only gotten better as the weeks have gone by. I sleep better, my joints no longer ache ( I now play badminton twice a week), so far I've lost 7kg in weight, my mood and confidence is at an all time high, but most of all and the most important thing to me and to my family is that I'm smiling again.

Only been on them for just over a week I'm not feeling exhausted have more energy and sleeping better ,hopefully things will continue to improve ,got to give them time to work, I'm going to carry on taking them.

The first week was great, the second week felt the bloating came back, however I’m in going into my third week now and I do feel better again. I will keep taking these.

They offer a refund. But as soon as you ask for one they ignore you and block you! Contrary to the reply, there has been no conversation?? And you have not replied to 2 emails asking for a refund? You only replied to the first one asking me to keep taking g them for 3 weeks and I sent you some details then! And you have blocked me on facebook

Whilst this didn’t work for me . I think my problems are more age related . I have given 5 stars because cancelling my subscription was a breeze . 1 email ,quick reply cancelled . Unlike some others who make you jump through hoops to cancel . Lunera are a breath of fresh air .

Were brilliant until ingredients changed and I then noticed all symptoms coming back :-(

I have only been taking these for two weeks so part of the reason I have given 5 stars is due to the excellent customer service I received when Evri failed to deliver my parcel and a new one was sent out. The response to my email was almost immediate and I was kept informed throughout until my new parcel arrived safely.

It is a little too early to comment fully on the results but so far I am sleeping so much better and ache less.

I will update my review again when I have been taking them longer but so far I am very happy.
