Really terrible “company”

As per the other reviewers. This outfit are scammers. The equipment (dehumidifier) does not work. When you try to arrange a return/refund they do not respond to any emails. Nor the online form I submitted. Luckily my credit card company refunded me when I sent them all the unanswered emails I had sent this company trying to arrange a return. DO NOT buy from this company.

Possible Scammers

This company are extremely unprofessional at the very least. I didn’t get any confirmation of purchase through email. I finally received the long awaited dehumidifier, it is small, cheap, light looking thing - nothing like the online description and it doesn’t have the spec it supposed to. I am in progress of trying to return this item, but the website doesn’t list the return address, and only refers to contact customer service. After waiting several days for the reply from customer service, I received message: “Hello, I will ask the supervisor and give you a reply.” this was two days ago, and no reply…DO NOT BUY from these people!

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS
This company and others similar (Dryease, Raveno, Drypulse...) are a 100% scam. They create clone review pages (including impersonating known tech reviewers like Luke Edwards) to mislead you into buying their useless piece of plastic. On receipt it doesn't work and they will avoid any communications if you want to return the item. Don't fall for it!
