What a brilliant service Lunt's offer, from purchase to installation - just perfect! John and partner delivered fridge-freezer, they are the most helpful and obliging nice guys I've met and dealt with. Efficient, from respecting our property to setting up, and explaining how to long to wait before switch on, and then before filling with food and using. Would highly recommend and I wouldn't go anywhere else now for electrical/gas products. In fact I've just spent about 30 minutes speaking to Johnny at Lunt's who has the patience of a saint by the way, he guided me through buying the size and type of washing machine I wanted as ours is on the blink!

This is a excellent run family business,I am not just saying that.
They have been around for more years than I can remember, which says it all considering the big boys they are up against.
I have shopped and always come away a very happy customer after buying large white goods from Lunts.

I inherited kitchen apppliances when I moved house and needed a new hob and oven and a change from a gas hob to electric. Lunt’s were recommended by a friend. Fiona is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. Not only does she respond to your requests but gives advice on what is possible and tries to save you money. John provided a number of quotes for appliances that would fit and meet my requirements. All prices were same as the big names in the game.

Kevin and Spencer fitted them today. All perfect. Gas capped off. They brought the appliances with them so no waiting for deliveries. They also took packing and old appliances for disposal.

From first visiting the shop to completion took just over 2 weeks but that was due to a couple of days delay in them obtaining the oven from the manufacturer and then finding a day when I was free.

I will always use Lunt’s in future.

I tried to order a freezer on-line but I had a problem with the order so I rang the store. We thought that the matter was resolved, so I continued with my order but the matter continued so I rang the store again. I spoke to John , who, like his colleague, could not find the problem. We agreed for John to continue with my order over the telephone and the order was completed. Both staff could not be more helpful and the matter was resolved by me completing my order.

Today I called Lunts store for info on a tumble dryer. The call was answered swiftly and I found myself speaking with John M.
I spoke about the dryer I was interested in and right away John gave me the answers to all my questions. he was very knowledgable about the product.

I decided to go ahead and buy the dryer and John then gave me a delivery time for the same day! Yes the same day! Not only that he then said he could actually deliver within the hour!

Good as his word John arrived with the well packaged dryer and proceeded to site it where I wanted it.

I am so pleased that I could buy, have delivered and have a new dryer insitu within an hour.
