If I could give it less than one star, I would. Usually I check reviews before I purchase but for this one. Somehow I forgot to do the due diligence. Big mistake. The item I received in no way looked like or even cane close to the description provided for the body suit in the video or images. Unbelievable trash! I do not recommend the body suit from this site (Lunerva)! It will not fit anyone properly, so I can't even give it away!

This company steals your money! Placed an order at the start of December and now its the end of January and no order no refund and no communication. Never ever order anything from these criminals.

Ordered a top a few months back. Took forever to come but happy when it finally arrived. Ordered another one at the beginning of November. Still has not arrived. Emailed numerous times but have not bothered to get back to me. Poor service.

My item finally got delivered which was not the correct size and horrid. I'd previously tried to cancel the order and was told I wasn't able to as it had already been shipped but assured I could return and get refunded, when I emailed I wanted to return the item I was told I couldn't return it and they'd offer me 25% and keep the item , the item is fit for the bin and nothing more, since this I've completely been ghosted but will be contacting my bank. Shocking scammers !!

Do NOT buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They send products that are not true to size and them they ghost you. SMH

The case I ordered and what I received were so different it was pathetic. It was printed off Center and you couldn’t even see the full log

I have put in my order two months ago I have not received anything. I have did the chain of commands which is emailing them about items but now that I’m reading all the reviews there’s nothing positive about this company.

Can only reiterate what has been said before and wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order.

If I could I would give this company a nil.
Ordered what I thought was coming from London only to find once I got the tracking number it was based in China. The product was really bad quality and on trying to get a returns policy for a refund there has been no response. I think a letter to trading standards is the next step.

I managed to get a refund from Lunvra .com. We exchanged many emails. They offered me a 40% refund and to keep the dress or a full refund if I returned the dress to their warehouse in China. This was where it had come from, not the shop in London as the advert would have you believe.
I contacted MasterCard as I had ordered a linen dress and the cheap quality label stated clearly that it wasn't linen. Mastercard refunded the money straight away but Lunvra refunded the money to me pretty swiftly after that at which point Mastercard reclaimed the money back from me. I guess Mastercard could have a bigger impact on their misleading business than an individual customer can. If you can use Section 75 or Chargeback protection from your debit or credit card then I thoroughly recommend it. It felt great to know that Lunvra.com didn't profit from their scam. As advised by my credit card supplier, I sent Lunvra.com a message that the dress is at my house if they care to collect it.

As other reviews have described, the company make it looks like they are moving from London to Shrewsbury and are selling off the stock from their London shop. None of this is true. They admitted to me by email that they have no shops in the UK when I asked why they don't appear on Companies House register.
The photos of the shop, staff and quality clothes on rails is all a fiction.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

I never received my order, and then when I tried to re-order the order was just cancelled with no explanation Support does not answer my requests

Bought a couple of clothes in the summer stupidly believing this was a UK based company, closing it's London shop and having a moving sale (as many have written before), received a bag of appalling quality rags a few weeks later. Insisted on returning (paid another £20 to return to their warehouse in China). Return was received on October 1st, 2025, and I am still back and forthing, trying to get my refund.
It's clear as day that this is a scam company. Beware!

This is a scam. Experienced all said by other reviewers. It would be a negative star if any. Product is of poorest quality, not as advertised. Will try to pursue with refund and file a complaint.

I've reached customer service way before the parcel arrived, on the day I tracked the order number and realised items are shipped from China. The response was quick and seemed professional but today items arrived and I understand these products are made there and shipped from there and you might as well find them on Temu for a 10th of the price.

Quality is not good, very cheap materials and packed as if to be sold at the street corner on a rugged table.

The online shop is now "reopening soon", which raises some questions too...

I will try to issue a return/refund but I reckon my chances are quite slim to see any penny back.

This company is a scam. Clothing looks good on pictures, but quality and sizes of garments are not very good. Luckily, I could afford to lose money on this occasion, but you need to have your wits about you when buying from buying from fraudsters online. AI is very frightening and helpful for crooks.

Do not buy from this site the quality isn't what it's made out to be and its not a London UK company

Exactly the same as everyone else.
All of the photos of goods are proper quality but what you receive is polyester tat from China.
Offered 20% refund but argued to get 50%
Clearly a scam with the line about a store in the UK closing down.
I think they should be stopped from advertising.
They know they are sending you nylon tat and effectively get 50% of everything we pay them as we all request refunds.

Dress was poorly made, shapeless, bad fit and design. On adking for a refund I was offered 20% and keep the dress! I refused and finally settled on 50% as could not do the the aggro returning to China. I too ordered as it said it was a UK company moving from Shrewsbury.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Products are not as shown in the advertisement.
Products are not good quality.
Products are made and delivered from CHINA not London.
Returns need to be paid for and international postage delivery isn't cheap.
I took the option of 6% refund and now have a joke present that we will hopefully all laugh about at Christmas!
They do reply to messages but this can not excuse the terrible and cheap products that are misrepresented in the advertisement.
