Agile Transformation For Digital Marketing Company

For years I dreamed about an Agile transformation to help give our digital marketing company an operational advantage. LurnAgile helped make that dream a reality. Our journey with LurnAgile started with strategy. We didn't just rush into a transformation that would adversely impact our company culture. We established thoughtful KPIs to measure success, and identified objectives that gave clarity as to why we were doing an Agile transformation in the first place. Then, we had a two-day, all hands Agile training for our entire company. This experience was so important to introducing the concept of Agile in a services environment. After the two-day training we started implementing recommendations and establishing our first sprint, with LurnAgile there to coach throughout the journey. We're now in Sprint #7, and I can honestly say that this transformation has exceeded expectations. We have happier employees, more satisfied clients, and have achieved the operational advantage we were looking for in terms of process improvements. Plus, the entire process was fun. I'd highly recommend LurnAgile to lead an Agile transformation or to provide Agile coaching services.

Service

I am really not sure what I writing my opinion about other than the service I received while signing up for the course which is scheduled for October 28 - 29, 2020. So if customer service is what I am reviewing then it was good. Nothing out of the ordinary to make it exceptional and stand out.
