Very good products and they are of high quality. I like how they tell you exactly what’s in them before you buy it so you know it’s eco conscious depending on what you buy. I love how they have eco-flo chips instead of packing peanuts so they are 100% biodegradable! Their app is so much better than the store! Maybe slightly overpriced? However their shampoo and conditioner bars last months and I use them everyday!

Tried to write a two star review on the site in hopes of warning people that a product smells exactly like Pepto bismol and found that it wasn't posted. Seems they only post positive reviews and that's incredibly misleading to customers and dishonest. So I don't really want.to buy anything from them anymore.

It's funny how everyone on here writes a bad review before trying to resolve the issue. If you have a damaged order they will replace it. If you had a bad instore Experience let them resolve it. Bunch of whining British Karens

I love Lush products. They very gentle on the skin and although expensive, they are made with all natural ingredients.
I buy the bath bombs, exclusively. Lately, unable to go to the store so I have been forced to buy online. My lastest experience was awful. The bombs arrived cracked and broken. It was obvious that no care was involved in the making of these bombs. They would not have put these bombs out in the store for sale but since I bought online the company felt this was okay. I wouldn't be so angry if they had sold these defective bombs at a discount but I paid full price. Not cool. During this crisis the company will not survive without goodwill no matter how good their product is.

I usually buy Lush products from the physical store, but since there closed for now I had to order online. I was prepared to wait a while as they mentioned 15 working days dispatch delays, but that wasn't even the case - both my ordered were dispatched within a week of placing them, and arrived a couple of days after dispatch. What I was really impressed with was their packaging : just the products themselves in a cardboard box, surrounded by potato starch

Funny to see a company charging $10/bath bomb think they are going to survive while being rude and combative with their customers. We sent a birthday gift, which included a note. The note was not delivered. I asked for a refund for the already high $6 shipping charge since it took 2 days for the recipient to realize it was from us. We also didn't receive a shipping confirmation.

I would suggest staying away from this brand. If you are going to pay a premium price, you should receive premium customer service. Someone on chat saying "oh, I can understand your disappointment, I'll be sure to tell the team" (Lauren B) is not going to cut it.

Not any response from email side of things. Little bit rude over phone too, I know that they are mad busy but They should allow live chat. It's not working?

It seems the price increases but the products decrease in size. Despite the claims for being an inclusive community; it is not inclusive for low-income individuals. The staff are pushy and force you to buy items that you didn't need or afford. If you have social anxiety, or have little money then this is not the shop for you. I will not be returning.

Gorgeous freshly made products and very helpful friendly staff. I recommend the bath bombs and bubble bars, you get bubbles galore!

I have been a fan of lush since way back in the day but over the last year or so things have been coming to light that the company has certainly lost its way. It’s overpriced for the quality of the product that you receive and there are so many competitors out there now that do what they do better and at a more reasonable price too. I’m sure they’ll still be Those diehard fans those who stick with them Until the end but I’ve know more than a few people who’ve turned their back on lush.
The customer service is subpar and the products themselves come crushed,damaged or just melted and for the price it’s not what people will accept

Love the smells and the texture of the soaps. The bath bombs are also amazing.

Tried to buy lush products online and was shocked at the VAT and delivery charges. Totally outrageous! Way too expensive!!

LUSH rating NO STARS .I was provided appalling “customer service” basically just fobbed me off & took 3 business days to respond with a pathetic solution & no resolution of customer satisfaction whatsoever . I Waited A MONTH to receive the delivery and then to my dissatisfaction the package arrived NAKED -in a global pandemic , their excuse was saving plastic and the planet is more important than repeat customer business.
Appalling to ship a present not wrapped or covered. Each Individual bath bomb just in a cardboard box .Each bath bomb was loose with no plastic or paper wrapped around them .Due to Covid-19 Royal Mail are spraying the cardboard outer boxes so the Lush products are not hygienic or fit for use on arrival.The company need to rethink how packaging a product that gets sprayed with chemicals enroute is anyway acceptable?? .Their brainwave of a solution was for me to return them & they will donate them to a charity.Like hello it all sounds like Lush are willing to do the right thing by the planet and your charity but not by your consumer??? .I will never purchase from Lush again .
Charge the customer for packaging costs if you have too. I would prefer as the consumer to have the option of “naked free of charge” or to pay for plastic or paper wrap( recycled wrapping would be a cheap option and sustainable but NOTHING is NOT ACCEPTABLE . VERY Slow deliver for exposed products .No option to send by courier & not packed hygienically( they informed me manufacturer’s packaging buy absolutely NOWAY this was the case)
.Not able to provide an e-commerce business unless you can package your products and ensure the consumer is happy not out of pocket through no fault of their own. So Many bad reviews .Maybe take onboard what your customers want if you care to retain their business .You didn’t care to retain mine

Like the smell of it :) Jelly products are my favorite along with oil for cleansing. Offline stores are better than online

I have never had a problem with lush their products my favourite product is sleepy shower jel and twilight and deep sleep bath bomb also I like sleepy body lotion wich helps me sleep I love lush and have been shopping at the solihull branch for years I can’t say enough positive things about the store

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and still no sign of it. After waiting over an hour on hold 3 times now, they keep assuring me that this is normal and “will move soon”. Website says there’s a few days delay due to Covid, not weeks or possible months.
